Mr. Kent Y. Mouton has been General Counsel of Kennedy-Wilson Holdings, Inc. since 2011 and serves as its Executive Vice President. Mr. Mouton has 37 years of Real estate experience. He was Co-owner and a Managing Partner in the law firm of Kulik, Gottesman & Mouton, LLP since 1991. His practice included negotiating, structuring and documenting transactions in commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions, financing, joint ventures and syndications, leasing and development. He has been a Director of Kennedy-Wilson Holdings, Inc. since December 1995. He served as a Director of Prospect Acquisition Corp. He is a member of the bar associations of the State of California and Los Angeles County and was an adjunct professor of real estate law at UCLA Extension for 27 years. He graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics (Summa Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa and Dean's List) and received his law degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. He also holds JD from the University of California-Los Angeles.
