Mr. Justin Enbody has been the Chief Financial Officer of Kennedy-Wilson Holdings, Inc. since April 9, 2012 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Enbody is responsible for all aspects of finance and administration for the strategic planning, financial reporting and risk management. He has 13 years of real estate experience. He joined Kennedy-Wilson Holdings in September 2009 and served as its Controller since January 2011. He served as Senior Consultant with RAFS Inc., which he joined in 2004 subsequent to being a senior associate with KPMG LLP. He received his B.A. degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara.

Mr. Matthew Windisch, also known as Matt, has been an Executive Vice President of Kennedy-Wilson Holdings, Inc. since 2012. Mr. Windisch is responsible for overseeing Kennedy Wilson's investment analysis functions and evaluating acquisition opportunities. He serves as Executive Vice President of Kennedy Wilson at Kennedy Wilson Europe Real Estate Plc. He leads Kennedy Wilson's corporate and transaction capital raising, strategic planning and acquisitions analysis activities. In addition, he leads Kennedy Wilson's US real estate loan origination and acquisition business, its research subsidiary and its real estate activities in Japan. He is responsible for maintaining Kennedy Wilson's key investor and banking relationships. He has 13 years of real estate experience. He served as Managing Director of KW Commercial Investment Group at Kennedy-Wilson Holdings Inc. He joined Kennedy Wilson Holdings in 2006. In addition to his role in Commercial Investment Group, he is involved in corporate capital raising, investor outreach and corporate strategy. He has 8 years experience in Real Estate. He served as an Associate at JPMorgan Chase, where he held positions in investment banking, strategy and risk management. He serves as a Member of Investment Committee at KW Property Fund III. He received a B.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from Emory University and an M.B.A. from UCLA's Anderson School of Management.

Mr. Kent Y. Mouton has been General Counsel of Kennedy-Wilson Holdings, Inc. since 2011 and serves as its Executive Vice President. Mr. Mouton has 37 years of Real estate experience. He was Co-owner and a Managing Partner in the law firm of Kulik, Gottesman & Mouton, LLP since 1991. His practice included negotiating, structuring and documenting transactions in commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions, financing, joint ventures and syndications, leasing and development. He has been a Director of Kennedy-Wilson Holdings, Inc. since December 1995. He served as a Director of Prospect Acquisition Corp. He is a member of the bar associations of the State of California and Los Angeles County and was an adjunct professor of real estate law at UCLA Extension for 27 years. He graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics (Summa Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa and Dean's List) and received his law degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. He also holds JD from the University of California-Los Angeles.
