Mr. Craig D. Gates has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Key Tronic Corp., since April 23, 2009. Mr. Brett R. Larsen has been the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of Administration and Treasurer at Key Tronic Corporation. since July 29, 2015. Mr. Douglas G. Burkhardt, also known as Doug, has been an Executive Vice President of Worldwide Operations at Key Tronic Corporation since July 22, 2010. Previously Mr. Burkhardt served as a Vice President of Worldwide Operations at Key Tronic Corporation. since June 2008 Until July 2010. Previously Mr. Burkhardt served as a Director of China Operations and Program Management since January 2006. Mr. Burkhardt served as Director of Northwest and China Operations from November of 1998 to January of 2006. Mr. Burkhardt also served as Director of Customer Satisfaction from March 1997 to November 1998 and Director of Molding from September of 1995 to March of 1997. Prior to this, Mr. Burkhardt served in other various senior management positions within it. Mr. Burkhardt has been with it since May of 1989. Prior to joining Key Tronic, Mr. Burkhardt worked for House of Aluminum and Glass for 12 years where he was the plant manager.

Mr. Philip Scott Hochberg, also known as Phil, has been an Executive Vice President of Business Development at Key Tronic Corporation since July 2012 and served as its Vice President of Business Development from October 2009 to June 2012. Mr. Hochberg served as Director of Business Development and Program Management at Key Tronic Corporation. from July 2008 to October 2009. He served as Director of Business Development at Key Tronic Corporation. from October 2004 to July 2008 and its Director of EMS Sales and Marketing from July 2000 to October 2004. Prior to joining Key Tronic in July 2000, Mr. Hochberg worked for Quinton Instrument Company as their Director of Marketing and Product Management from 1992 to 2000. From 1988 to 1992, he was employed by Space Labs Medical as their Business Development Marketing Manager. Mr. Hochberg has an MBA from the University of British Columbia, a BA Psychology with a minor in Business from Washington University in St. Louis.

Mr. Craig Green has been Senior Vice President of Business Development for Eastern Division at Key Tronic Corporation since June 28, 2017. Mr. Green joined Ayrshire Electronics in 2011, which was subsequently acquired by KeyTronicEMS in October, 2011. He served as Vice President and General Manager of Ayrshire Electronics Kentucky at CDR Manufacturing, Inc. He served as Vice President of CDR Manufacturing, Inc. Mr. Green is a seasoned manufacturing executive with strong global experience in the medical, industrial, telecommunications, automotive and major appliance markets. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of OEM Worldwide, a tier III contract manufacturing company located in Watertown, SD since 2006. He served as Vice President of Business Development at Koller-Craft South. He was employed with with HDS for five years. Mr. Green developed the structure and staff for the first centralized sales force at MSI. He was responsible for the relationship with several key accounts including Electrolux, General Electric, Maytag and Delphi. He began his manufacturing career with Mid-South Industries, a vertically integrated contract manufacturer focused in the appliance market as Marketing Manager of Highlands Diversified Services. Mr. Green has a Bachelor of Business Administration from McKendree University.

Mr. Myron Blackburn has been Senior Vice President of Programs & Operations - Eastern Division at Key Tronic Corporation since June 2013. Mr. Blackburn serves as Senior Vice President of Operations at Ayrshire Electronics (CDR Manufacturing, Inc.) and is responsible for day-to-day operations of the EMS Ayrshire Electronics manufacturing facilities. He served as General Manager at Flextronics from March 2011 to June 2013 and as Vice President of Business Development at Ayrshire Electronics (now KeyTronicEMS) from December 2007 to March 2011. He worked at Ayrshire as the Contract Assembler from December 2007 to March 2011. From 1995 to 2007, Mr. Blackburn held various senior management roles with Sanmina serving as a Vice President and General Manager, Vice President of Global Business Operations and as Director of Operations and Plant Manager. Mr. Blackburn has a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Systems from Middle Tennessee State University.
