Mr. Glenn Gary Cohen, CPA, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Kimco Realty Corporation since June 2010 and has been its Treasurer since June 1997. Mr. Cohen directs the firm's financial and capital strategy and oversees the day-to-day accounting, financial reporting and planning, tax, treasury and capital market activities. In addition, he oversees the Information Technology group for the firm. Prior to joining the firm in 1995 as the Director of Accounting and Taxation, Mr. Cohen served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at U.S. Balloon Manufacturing Co., Inc. from August 1993 to June 1995, Chief Financial Officer at EMCO Sales & Service, Inc. and spent six years at the public accounting firm Coopers & Lybrand, LLP, where he served as a Manager in the audit group. He has been a Director of Quality Care Properties, Inc. since October 31, 2016. Mr. Joshua Weinkranz has been President of the Northern Region of Kimco Realty Corporation since January 2018 and was its President of Northeast Region since joining in 1998. Mr. Weinkranz has over 20 years of shopping center experience. Prior to his current position, he served as the Vice President of Leasing for Kimco's Northeast Region and as Director of Real Estate for Rosen Associates Management Corporation.
