Ms. Wendy K. Wee has been the Chief Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer of Kindred Biosciences, Inc. since July 28, 2017. Ms. Wee served as Vice President of Finance at Kindred Biosciences, Inc. from December 30, 2014 to July 27, 2017. She initially worked with the Kindred Biosciences, Inc. as Consultant in October 2014. She was employed at Telik, Inc. from 2002 to August 2014. She served as the Principal Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer of Telik Inc. since December 2010 and served as its Vice President of Finance since February 2011 and Controller since August 2005. Ms. Wee has served as the Vice President of Telik Inc. since August 1, 2005 and its Senior Director and Corporate Controller since October 1, 2002. Prior to Telik, Inc., Ms. Wee served as the Senior Director of Finance and Controller at Connetics, Inc. She held various management positions at Silicon Graphics, Inc., MIPS Computer Systems and Unisys Corporation. Ms. Wee holds a B.S. degree in business administration from San Jose State University and M.B.A. degree from the University of Phoenix.

Ms. Denise M. Bevers Co-Founded Kindred Biosciences, Inc. in 2012 and has been its Chief Operating Officer since October 2012 and has been its Secretary November 11, 2013. Ms. Bevers is an expert in clinical operations, medical affairs and scientific communications. Ms. Bevers has over 20 years of pharmaceutical and research experience, including at Elan Pharmaceuticals, SkyePharma, Quintiles and Scripps Clinic and Research Foundation. She served as President and was Founding Partner of SD Scientific. She has managed dozens of products and development programs from Phase I through Phase IV. She is an ACRP Certified Clinical Research Associate (CCRA) and Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC) and earned the Regulatory Affairs Certification (RAC) from the Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society. Ms. Bevers holds Bachelor of Science degree in Ecology, Behavior and Evolution from Revelle College at the University of California, San Diego and a Master's in Business Administration from the Keller Graduate School of Management.

Dr. Jennifer Elliott has been Vice President of Legal Affairs and Intellectual Property of Kindred Biosciences, Inc. since May 28, 2015. Dr. Elliott joined KindredBio from Genentech, where she served as Associate General Counsel and Director of Patent Law. She had increasing levels of responsibility in her nearly 10 year tenure with Genentech, and oversaw Genentech's oncology intellectual property group. She has had an extensive intellectual property practice throughout her career, with a particular focus on biologics and antibodies. Prior to her role her at Genentech, Dr. Elliott was an Associate at Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett and Dunner, LLP and a Technical Expert at Lahive & Cockfield LLP. She holds a Ph.D. in Microbiology and Molecular Genetics from Harvard University and a J.D. from Stanford Law School.

Dr. Stephen Sundlof, also known as Steve, D.V.M., Ph.D. has been an Executive Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and Quality and Chief Scientific Officer at Kindred Biosciences, Inc. since January 2015 and served as its Senior Vice President of Regulatory Affairs August 26, 2013. Dr. Sundlof served as Director of Center for Veterinary Medicine at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Dr. Sundlof served as Director of the veterinary division at the FDA from 1994 to 2008 where he oversaw all veterinary products regulated by the FDA. He also served as the Director of Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition at the FDA from 2008 to 2010. Dr. Sundlof began his career in 1980 on the faculty of the University of Florida's College of Veterinary Medicine.

Katja Buhrer serves as the VP Investor Relations and Corporate Development of KindredBio. Katja started at KindredBio in July of 2018. Katja currently resides in the Greater New York City Area.

Jenna Hahn serves as the Director, Sales and Marketing of KindredBio. Jenna started at KindredBio in January of 2013. Jenna currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.
