Mr. Hassan R. Baqar serves as Interim Chief Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer of Insurance Income Strategies Ltd. Mr. Baqar has been Chief Financial Officer of Itasca Capital Ltd. since June 9, 2016. Mr. Baqar has been Vice President of Finance at Kingsway Financial Services Inc. since January 9, 2014. He has been Vice President of Kingsway America Inc., since January 2011. He serves as Managing Director of 1347 Advisors, as well as a Vice President of Kingsway America Inc. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Limbach Holdings, Inc. (1347 Capital Corp.) since April 2014 until July 20, 2016. He served as Interim Chief Financial Officer of United Insurance Holdings Corp from August 31, 2011 to April 2, 2012 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of United Insurance Holdings Corp. (NASDAQ:UIHC), a publicly held property and casualty insurance holding company. He has extensive finance and accounting experience in the property and casualty insurance industry. Mr. Baqar served as the Director of finance of Itasca Financial, LLC from April 2008 to December 2009. His previous experience includes positions held at kemper insurance companies, a diversified mutual property-casualty insurance provider, from June 2000 to April 2008, where he served as a Senior Analyst. He has been a Member of the board of Directors at Maison Insurance Company and Maison Managers Inc. since October 2012. He served as a Director at 1347 Property Insurance Holdings, Inc. from October 2012 to May 29, 2015. He served as a Director of Limbach Holdings, Inc since July 2014 until July 20, 2016. He also holds a certified Public Accountant Designation. Mr. Baqar obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Monmouth college in 2000 and a Master of Business Administration from northeastern Illinois university in 2009.

Mr. John Taylor Maloney Fitzgerald, also known as JT, has been President and Chief Operating Officer of Kingsway Financial Services Inc. since March 8, 2017. Mr. Fitzgerald Co-Founded the Argo Management Partners, LLC in 2002 and also serves as its Managing Partner. In this capacity, he has had extensive transactional and operating experience in Argo Management's portfolio companies. He serves as a Managing Member of Argo Holdings Fund I, LLC. He is also a Limited Partner at Cadence Capital Partners. He served as an Executive Vice President at Kingsway Financial Services Inc. from April 21, 2016 to March 8, 2017. He served as Chief Development Officer at HunterMFG., LLP. Prior to Argo Management Partners LLC, he Co-founded Adirondack Capital, LLC and served as its Managing Director. He has over ten years of experience in financial markets and transactions. He served as Principal of Argo Management Partners, LLC. He serves as a Director of Oak Patch Gifts LLC and Progressive Bronze Products. He serves as the Chairman at HunterMFG., LLP. He has been a Director of Kingsway Financial Services Inc. since April 22, 2016. He has been a Director at Itasca Capital Ltd since June 09, 2016. Mr. William A. Hickey, Jr., CFA, CPA, also known as Bill, has been Chief Financial Officer of Kingsway Financial Services Inc. since April 21, 2011 and as its Executive Vice President since August 30, 2010 and serves as Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Hickey serves as the Principal Accounting Officer of Kingsway Financial Services Inc. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of Kingsway Financial Services Inc. since August 30, 2010 to until March 2017. He served as the Managing Director of Macquaire Capital from 2009 to 2010. He served as Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for Fox-Pitt Kelton Cochran Caronia Waller from 2007 to 2009. He served as Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of Cochran Caronia Waller. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the Kemper Insurance Companies,. He joined the Kemper organization in 1989 as a Financial Analyst with Kemper Corporation, then the publicly-held, diversified insurance and financial services arm of the Kemper group of companies. In 1996, he moved to the Kemper Insurance Companies as Director of Corporate Development. He was awarded the CFA designation in 1989 and is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Hickey earned a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Accountancy with high honors from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Management degree in Finance and Management Policy with distinction from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
