Mr. John A. Kite has been the Chief Executive Officer at Kite Realty Group Trust since August 2004. Mr. Kite continues to provide Kite with invaluable experience in managing and operating real estate company. In particular, he has in-depth, longstanding knowledge of its assets, operations, markets and employees. He served as the President of Kite Realty Group Trust since August 2004 until December 2008. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Kite Companies from 1997 to 2004. In 1994, he was named the President at KMI Realty Advisors. He joined the Kite organization as the Chief Financial Officer at Kite Development in 1990. He began his career as a Business Development Officer in the Commercial Lending Department of Harris Trust and Savings Bank from 1987 to 1990. He has been the Chairman of Kite Realty Group Trust since December 2008 and has been its Trustee since March 2004. He graduated from DePauw University with a B.A. in Economics in 1987.

Mr. Scott E. Murray has been an Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Kite Realty Group Trust since August 18, 2014. Mr. Murray is responsibility for oversees key corporate strategic and risk assessment initiatives and advising management and the board on such matters. He also leads the negotiation of complex business transactions and contracts and manage the procurement of external legal services and the in-house legal department. Prior to joining Kite Realty, Mr. Murray was a Partner at Barnes & Thornburg, LLP and acted as lead litigation counsel for companies and individuals in highly complex commercial cases throughout the United States. He also advised real estate developers on matters regarding leases, management agreements and litigation and negotiated resolution of lease disputes. Prior to joining Barnes & Thornburg, he was an Associate at McDermott Will & Emery LLP. He is a member of the State Bars of Indiana and Massachusetts. He received a Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Science degree with High Distinction in Secondary Education from Indiana University.

Mr. Daniel R. Sink, also known as Dan, CPA, has been the Chief Financial Officer at Kite Realty Group Trust since 1999 and has been its Executive Vice President since 2007. Mr. Sink served as the Treasurer at Kite Realty Group Trust. Previously, Mr. Sink served as the Principal Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President since August 2004 at the firm. His responsibilities include oversight of the real estate finance area, corporate accounting, corporate tax planning, financial budgeting and administration. Mr. Sink has been the Chief Financial Officer of Kite Companies since 1999. Prior to this, he was a Senior Manager at Olive, LLP from 1989 to 1999 and acted as a Tax Specialist in charge of the tax consulting for the central Indiana real estate/construction group. Mr. Sink is a Certified Public Accountant. He earned his B.S. in Accounting from Indiana University.

Mr. Thomas K. McGowan, also known as Tom, has been the President at Kite Realty Group Trust since December 4, 2008 and has been its Chief Operating Officer since August 2004. Mr. McGowan is primarily responsible for new project development, land acquisition and the general operational and organizational functions of Kite Realty and its subsidiaries. Previously, he served as an Executive Vice President of Development at the firm since August 2004 and served as its Senior Executive Vice President from 2007 to December 2008. He served as the President of Kite Construction, Inc. and served as its Chief Operating Officer. He was primarily responsible for new project development, land acquisition and general operational and organizational functions of the development and construction groups. He served as an Executive Vice President of Kite Companies since 1995. Prior to Kite Companies, he served as an eight years for real estate developer Mansur Development Corporation. In his 18 years in the real estate development business, he has coordinated the development of shopping centers, Class A office buildings, medical facilities, industrial buildings, planned unit developments and full service hotels. He serves as a Director of Indiana Housing & Community Development Authority. He holds a B.A. in Political Science from Indiana University.

Mr. Colin Joynt serves as Senior Vice President of IT at Kite Realty Group Trust. Mr. Joynt is responsible for the strategic and tactical initiatives at Kite, along with aligning corporate strategy with these initiatives. Prior to joining Kite, he worked in partnership business leadership to transform their Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, Customer Success, Finance/Accounting and Manufacturing organizations to leverage technology in a more streamlined and effective manner. He is a graduate of the University of Waterloo, Ontario Canada.

Mr. Wade Achenbach serves as Senior Vice President of Capital Markets and Corporate Treasurer at Kite Realty Group Trust. While at Kite, Mr. Achenbach has completed over $5 billion in capital markets transactions and worked on over 3 million square feet of retail development and redevelopment in eight states. Prior to joining Kite, he was in the mergers and acquisitions group at Plexus Corp., a publicly traded global contract electronics manufacturing company, based in Wisconsin. Prior to Plexus, he worked in the Investment Banking Group at A.G. Edwards & Sons in St. Louis, MO as a generalist working on a variety of mergers, acquisitions and capital raising transactions.

Mr. Mitch Rippe serves as Senior Vice President of Acquisition and Disposition at Kite Realty Group Trust. Mr. Rippe served as Vice President and Regional Director of Acquisitions at Weingarten Realty Investors since 2010. Mr. Rippe was responsible for identifying potential shopping center investments in the Eastern Region of the US. Mr. Rippe originally joined Weingarten in 2000. Following a short period in which he served as Vice President of Retail Acquisitions for a private investment company. He rejoined Weingarten Realty Investors in 2010. Prior to joining Weingarten, he served as an Acquisitions Director with IRT Property Company. He is a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. He graduated from the University of Michigan with a BA in Economics.

Mr. Jeff Wright serves as Senior Vice President of Leasing at Kite Realty Group Trust. Mr. Wright manages the leasing efforts for the Florida, Mid-Central and West regions, totaling 69 properties. Previously, he served as Vice President of Leasing at Thompson Thrift, Director of Retail at Lauth Property Group and Senior Leasing Representative at the Broadbent Company. A veteran of the shopping center industry, he has been actively involved for over 22 years.

Mr. Rick Lally serves as Senior Vice President of Construction at Kite Realty Group Trust. Prior to joining KRG, Mr. Lally was the Vice-President of Construction at Kimco Developers, the merchant building arm for Kimco Realty Corp., where for nine years he was responsible for the development of over 40 ground-up retail power centers across the US. Prior to Kimco, he spent seven years with Home Depot as construction manager for the Midwest Region, where he led the retail store's construction expansion into the high profile markets of Chicago, Detroit and Cleveland.

Mr. Brad Bisser serves as Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Kite Realty Group Trust. Mr. Bisser oversees all of the operations at the 139 KRG operating properties, maintaining strong relationships with merchants and vendors. His responsibilities include ensuring all assets operate in a first class manner, while controlling costs and maximizing recovery, managing the Specialty Leasing Program, as well as managing 2 Directors, 13 Asset Managers and 15 Specialty Leasing, Maintenance and Administrative staff members. He has over 20 years of experience. Prior to joining Kite Realty Group, Mr. Bisser served as the Director of Operations for the SE Region at Developers Diversified Realty, based in Atlanta, GA. Mr. Bisser graduated from Southern Illinois University with a major in German and International Business.
