Mr. Isaac Israel has been the Chief Executive Officer of Kitov Pharmaceuticals Holdings LTD since October 2012. Prior to joining Kitov, Mr. Israel served as Vice President of Business Development at Capital Point Ltd. He was founding Chief Executive Officer of BeeContact Ltd. from 2001 to 2007. Mr. Israel founded and managed BeeContact Communications and Uneri Capital. Mr. Israel was the founding Chief Executive Officer of Uneri Capital from 2008 to 2011. Mr. Israel is a healthcare entrepreneur with a strong business development, capital markets and financial background. He served as founding Chief Executive Officer of Unari Capital Ltd., a consulting firm in the capital markets field specializing in the healthcare sector. Mr. Israel also serves as the Chairman of the Board of NextGen BioMed. He has been a Director of Kitov Pharmaceuticals Holdings LTD since October 2012. He serves as a Director of RDD Pharma, Ltd.

Mr. Avraham Ben-Tzvi, Adv., has been General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Kitov Pharmaceuticals Holdings LTD. since November 2015 and December 2015 respectively and serves as its Group Chief Legal Officer. Mr. Ben-Tzvi served as General Counsel and Company Secretary of MediGus Ltd. from April 2014 to November 2015. He served as an Attorney at Yigal Arnon & Co. from 2009 to 2014 where, among other corporate and commercial work, he advised companies and underwriters on various offerings by Israeli companies listing in US and on various SEC related filings. Prior to 2009, he worked in a number of business development, corporate finance and banking roles at companies in the financial services, manufacturing and software development industries. Mr. Ben-Tzvi holds a BA in Economics from Yeshiva University in New York and an LLB from Sha'arei Mishpat College of Law in Hod Hasharon, Israel.

Dr. Hadas Reuveni, Ph.D. serves as Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Tyrnovo at Kitov Pharmaceuticals Holdings Ltd. Dr. Reuveni is the Founder of TyrNovo. Dr. Reuveni is a Co-inventor of the TyrNovo technology. She has been engaged with the scientific projects in TyrNovo's portfolio since 2005 and has nearly two decades of research and development experience in biotechnology. Dr. Reuveni served as Chief Executive Officer of Novotyr Therapeutics Ltd. Dr. Reuveni was a Co-founder of Angio B Ltd. and also served as its Chief Scientific Officer from 2006 to 2010. Dr. Reuveni was the Founder of NovoTyr Ltd. and served as its Chief Executive Officer from 2005 to 2012. She served as the Director of Research & Development at Keryx Biopharmaceuticals from 2001 to 2004. Dr. Reuveni has served as a Scientific Consultant for Integra Holdings Ltd., Campus Bio Management Ltd. and BioLineRX. She served as a Director of Angio B Ltd. from 2006 to 2010. Dr. Reuveni received her Ph.D., Summa Cum Laude, for anti-cancer drug discovery from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Dr. John Paul Waymack, M.D., Sc.D, is the Founder of Kitov Pharmaceuticals Holdings Ltd. and has been its Chairman and Chief Medical Officer since July 2013. Dr. Waymack serves as a Medical Consultant at Marillion Pharmaceuticals Inc. He has over 20 years' experience in the biopharma field as a drug development consultant for major pharmaceutical companies, including Pfizer, Roche, Pharmacia, Warner Lambert and Searle. In addition, he was commissioned and served as a Major in the US Army Medical Corps in the position of Chief of Surgical Research at the Institute for Surgical Research. Dr. Waymack is an experienced clinical surgeon and former Chairman of the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee at UMDNJ. He was a Consultant at Point Therapeutics Inc. since March 26, 2007. He served as Medical Reviewer and Special Consultant to U.S. FDA Center for Drug Evaluation and Research. He serves as a Director of Kitov Pharmaceuticals Holdings Ltd. He serves as a Member of Scientific Advisory Board at Moleculin Biotech, Inc. He serves as a Member of Scientific Advisory Board at Javelin Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Dr. Waymack serves as a Member of Scientific and Regulatory Advisory Board of 3D Communications, LLC. He was Academic Transplant Surgeon. Dr. Waymack was also an Associate Professor of Surgery at the University of Texas Medical Branch and at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. He is a faculty Member at Pharma Education and Research Institute. During his 10-year academic career, Dr. Waymack published over 100 scientific essays, mainly in the fields of prostaglandins and immunology.

Mr. Simcha Rock, CPA, MBA, has been the Chief Financial Officer at Kitov Pharmaceuticals Holdings Ltd. since July 2013. Mr. Rock served as Senior Vice President at Edmond de Rothschild Venture Capital Management Ltd. He has 25 years of experience in all facets of corporate accounting and finance. Mr. Rock joined Rothschild Venture from J.C.Technologies Ltd., where he served as a Vice President of Finance since 1994. He has held senior positions at a wide range of major firms including KPMG and Intel. At Intel he was responsible for systems development and implementation and for planning and financial control of a major manufacturing facility. He has been a Director of Kitov Pharmaceuticals Holdings Ltd. since July 2013. He is a Certified Public Accountant and also holds an M.B.A. Mr. Rock holds a BA from Yeshiva University and an MBA from Cleveland State University.
