Mr. Leilei Wang has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of KongZhong Corporation since October 13, 2008. Mr. Wang has been President and Chairman of Beijing Lei Ting Wan Jun Network Technology Limited since August 2002. He serves as Executive Director of TOM Online Inc. He has been General Manager of Beijing Super Channel since November 2000. He joined TOM Group Limited in August 1999 and was made Head of TOM's online operations in October 2001. He served as Deputy Chief Operating Officer and a General Manager of Tom Group Ltd., where he was in charge of operation in China. Mr. Wang served as President of Tom Internet Group. From September 15, 2003 to September 2008, he served as Chief Executive Officer and an Executive Director of TOM Online Inc. He served as Deputy Chairman of Tom Group Ltd., from March 26, 2008 to September 2008. He has been a Director of Beijing Super Channel Network Limited since December 2002; Shanghai Super Channel Network Limited since March 2003; and Shenzhen Freenet Information Technology Company Limited since April 2001. He has been Executive Director of Beijing Lei Ting Wan Jun Network Technology Limited since November 2000. Mr. Wang is a Member of the Advisory Board at Sunbridge Investment Management Co., Ltd. He served as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Tom Group Ltd from December 9, 2002 to September 1, 2007 and served as its Executive Director from September 1, 2007 to September 2008. He served as a Non executive Director of Tom Com Limited from December 2002 to September 2008. Mr. Wang holds a B.S. in Electronic Technology and Information from the Electronic Engineering Department of Tsinghua University in 1996.

Ms. Yang Yang has been Executive Vice President at KongZhong Corporation since 2014. Ms. Yang served as Vice President of Finance & Accounting of KongZhong Corporation. since September 18, 2006 and served as its Controller. Ms. Yang served as General Manager of Finance department at KongZhong Corporation.

Mr. Tai Fan has been the Chief Investment Officer of KongZhong Corporation since March 2009. Mr. Fan was Executive Director at TOM Online Inc. from October 14, 2003 to 2009. He was Executive Vice President at TOM Online Inc and its Vice President of Finance from 2002 to 2009. Mr. Fan served as Financial Controller at TOM Online Inc. Since August 2002, Mr. Fan has served as Vice President of the department of finance at Beijing Super Channel. Prior o joining TOM Online Inc., Mr. Fan served as financial controller at Xin De Telecom and as an auditor at KPMG. He has been a Non-Executive Director of Ourgame International Holdings Limited since March 7, 2014. Mr. Fan has been a Director of KongZhong Corporation since December 18, 2014. He graduated from the State University of New Jersey, Rutgers with an EMBA in 2003 and a B.A. degree in Accounting from Beijing College of Economics in 1994.

Mr. Jay Chang, also known as Kenneth, has been the Chief Financial Officer of KongZhong Corporation since February 1, 2009. Mr. Chang served as Chief Financial Officer of Tom Online Inc., from September 1, 2005 to August 15, 2007 and as its Deputy Chief Financial Officer from April 15, 2005 to September 1, 2005. Mr. Chang served as the President and Chief Financial Officer of 56.com. Before that, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of TOM Online for over two years. Before joining TOM Online Inc., Mr. Chang was an Equity Research Analyst with Credit Suisse First Boston in Hong Kong for more than five years and served as Director of its Asian equity research department covering the China Internet, telecommunications and technology sectors. He served as Director of Equity Research at Credit Suisse, responsible for covering the Internet and telecommunications sectors in China. He has over 10 years of experience in financial operations and management in the Internet and telecommunications industries in China. Prior to CSFB, Mr. Chang worked for an Asian focused private equity firm, AIG Direct Investments (Asia), in Hong Kong from 1997 to 1999. From 1995 to 1997, he served as a Consultant of Accenture responsible for technology strategy and implementation and counted Microsoft Network (MSN) among his clients. Mr. Chang was an Engineer at the Boeing Defense and Space Group in the commercial aircraft avionics division. He serves as Executive Director of Tom Online Inc. He has been a Director of KongZhong Corporation since July 6, 2010. He served as an Executive Director of Tom Online Inc. from September 28, 2005 to August 15, 2007. In that capacity, he was voted numerous times by Institutional Investor and Asiamoney magazines as a top ranked analyst in both the Internet and telecommunications sectors. Mr. Chang holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington in 1994.
