Mr. Michael J. Koss has been the President and Chief Operating Officer of Koss Corporation since 1987 and its Chief Executive Officer since 1991. During the past 25 years, Mr. Koss served at Koss Corp., in a variety of senior management positions including Marketing, Operations and Corporate Development. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Koss Corp. from 1987 to January 2010. He has been the Chairman of Koss Corporation since 2015 and has been its Director since 1985. He has been an Independent Director of Strattec Security Corp. since 1995. He served as the Vice Chairman of Koss Corporation since 1998. He served as a Non Executive Director of Intelligent Energy Holdings PLC. Mr. Koss served as a Director of Milwaukee Insurance Group, Inc., since 1991 and Genius Products Inc. from September 1, 2004 to October 20, 2005.

Mr. David D. Smith has been the Chief Financial Officer of Koss Corporation from January 2010 and served as its Executive Vice President and Principal Accounting Officer from January 2010 to June 30, 2017 and served as its Secretary until June 30, 2017. Mr. Smith has more than 30 years of experience in financial management and business strategy in domestic and international markets. He served as Vice President of finance and Chief Financial Officer at Milsco Manufacturing, a division of Jason Inc., Milwaukee, which is a manufacturer of seats for motorcycles, lawn and garden tractors, off-road construction vehicles and boats. From 2002 to 2006, he served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer at Alkar-Rapidpak, Inc., a subsidiary of Middleby Corp. Earlier in his career, Mr. Smith served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Morris Material Handling and in a number of positions at the Joy Global Inc.(formerly old Harnischfeger Industries in Brookfield), including five years as Vice President and Controller for the P&H Material Handling division.

Dave Smith serves as the EVP & CFO of Koss Corporation. Dave started at Koss Corporation in January of 2010. Dave is currently based in the Greater Milwaukee Area.
