Mr. Marc A. Fox has been the Chief Financial Officer of Ladder Capital Finance Holdings LLLP since November 2008. Mr. Fox serves as the Principal Financial Officer, Principal Accounting Officer, Treasurer and Vice President of Capmark Capital LLC, Commercial Equity Investments, Inc. and Mortgage Investments, LLC. He serves as the Principal Financial Officer, Principal Accounting Officer and Treasurer of Crystal Ball Holding of Bermuda Limited and SJM Cap/LLC. He joined Ladder from Capmark Financial Group, where he served as Treasurer from January 1999 to October 2007. As the first and only formal Treasurer of Capmark, Mr. Fox formulated and executed the strategies and tactics required to fund a major commercial real estate finance company with over $20 billion of assets. Mr. Fox was instrumental in the formation of Capmark's wholly-owned banking platform and debt management of Capmark Bank, a regulated industrial bank subsidiary of Capmark with $7 billion of debt and deposits. He formerly worked in the Treasurer's Office of General Motors Corporation. From 1990 to 1997, Mr. Fox worked as a commercial real estate appraiser and consultant at Herskowitz, Rosen & Walton. Mr. Fox holds a B.S. in Economics and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Pamela L. McCormack Co-Founded Ladder Capital Corp and has been its President since June 22, 2017. Ms. McCormack has been the Chief Strategy Officer of Ladder Capital Finance Holdings LLLP since 2014 and has been its General Counsel since October 2008 and its Co-Head of Securitization since 2010. She serves as Secretary of Ladder Capital Finance Holdings LLLP. She serves as Chief Operating Officer at Ladder Capital Finance LLC. She serves as Head of Transaction Management, General Counsel and Secretary of Ladder Capital Realty Finance Inc. She served as General Counsel of Ladder Capital Corp (also known as Ladder Capital Finance Holdings LLC) since October 2008 and also served as its Chief Strategy Officer since 2014. She has over 17 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. She served as Chief Operating Officer of Ladder Capital Corp from March 10, 2016 to June 22, 2017. She served as the Co-Head of Securitization at Ladder Capital Corp since 2010. Ms. McCormack has been Head of Transaction Management, General Counsel and Secretary of Ladder Capital Realty Finance Manager LLC since June 2009. She joined UBS in 1993 as In-house counsel and later as an Executive Director and Head of Transaction Management. Prior to forming Ladder, Ms. McCormack served as Executive Director and Head of Transaction Management-Global Commercial Real Estate at Dillon Read Capital Management from June 2006 to June 2007. Before joining DRCM, she served as Executive Director and Co-Head of Transaction Management-Global Commercial Real Estate and previously also as Counsel, at UBS Securities LLC from October 2003 to June 2006. Prior to joining UBS Securities LLC, she worked as Vice President and Counsel for Real Estate Finance and Securitization and Global Recovery Management at Credit Suisse from 1999 to 2003 and as a real estate and finance attorney at Stroock, Stroock & Lavan LLP from 1997 to 1999 and Brown Raysman Millstein Felder & Steiner LLP from 1996 to 1997. She has worked for Brian Harris beginning in 1996, first as an Outside Counsel. Ms. McCormack served as a Member of the Board of Directors of St. John's University School of Law Alumni Association. She served as Secretary and Founder of the Manhattan Chapter of the St. John's University School of Law Alumni Association. She was a Notes and Comments Editor of St. John's University School of Law and published an article in, the St. John's Law Review. Ms. McCormack holds a BA in English from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and a JD from St. John's University School of Law.

Mr. Kevin Moclair serves as the Chief Accounting Officer of Ladder Capital Corp and Ladder Capital Finance Holdings LLLP. Mr. Moclair served as the Director of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer of Ladder Capital Finance LLC. Mr. Moclair joined Ladder Capital Finance LLC from Rabobank Intl., where he was an Executive Director and the U.S. Controller for the Americas. Mr. Moclair has over 11 years of accounting experience in the banking industry where he has dealt with various product lines including loans, securities and various derivatives. Mr. Moclair started his career in public accounting as an auditor for Ernst and Young LLP. Mr. Moclair holds a B.S. in Accounting from Manhattan College, Riverdale, N.Y. and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.

Mr. Michael J. Mazzei, also known as Mike, has been the President of Ladder Capital Finance Holdings LLLP since June 2012. Mr. Mazzei has been the President of Ladder Capital Finance LLC since March 23, 2012 and develops its securitization platform and expanding asset management business. He served as President of Ladder Capital Corp until June 22, 2017. Mr. Mazzei served as the Managing Director of Lehman Brothers Real Estate Capital. He served as Senior Vice President of HomeServices of Illinois, LLC since 2006 and served as its Vice President. He served as the Managing Director and Head of Real Estate Capital Markets at Barclays Capital PLC since March 2004 until June 2009 and also served as its Head of CMBS & Commercial Real Estate Debt Markets. He worked 20 years at Lehman including Chief Executive Officer of Lehman Re. Mr. Mazzei joined Barclays Capital from Lehman Brothers, where he was Managing Director and Co-Head of the Real Estate Investment Banking Group. He was Founding Head of the CMBS practice at Lehman Brothers. At Bank of America, he served as Managing Director and Global Head of the CMBS and Bank Loan Syndications Groups. Mr. Mazzei served for 10 years as the Head of Lehman's Fixed Income CMBS business, which he joined at its inception in 1986. Mr. Mazzei was named Branch Executive for Koenig & Strey GMAC's seventeenth office and fourth city location at 750 North Orleans. He has over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate and capital markets. He had experience in commercial real estate sales before managing his first office in Michigan. Mr. Mazzei joined Koenig & Strey GMAC in 1999 as Assistant Manager of the Libertyville office and was named Manager of Koenig & Strey GMAC's Glenview office in 2000. When Koenig & Strey GMAC opened its fourteenth office at The Glen Town Center in Glenview, Mr. Mazzei became Manager of both Glenview locations. He has been a Director of Ladder Capital Corp since June 22, 2017. He received his JD from St. John's University, his Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Baruch College and is a graduate of the NYU Real Estate Institute.

Mr. Adam Siper has been Managing Director at Ladder Capital Corp since April 25, 2017. Prior to joining Ladder Capital, Mr. Siper served as a Vice President in RBS's Commercial Real Estate Finance Group, where he worked on the origination, underwriting, structuring and securitization of commercial real estate debt across all asset classes and geographies. Prior to that, Mr. Siper served as an Associate within RBS's Leveraged Finance Group, where he worked on the origination, underwriting, structuring and syndication of LBO financing packages for its private equity clients. Mr. Siper earned his B.A. in Financial Economics from Emory University and his M.S. in Real Estate Finance and Investment from New York University.

Mr. David Bednar serves as Managing Director at Ladder Capital Corp. and Ladder Capital Finance LLC. Mr. Bednar focuses on bridge, participating and special situations first mortgage lending as well as selected loan acquisition, mezzanine and equity transactions. Mr. Bednar is a 17 year real estate lending and investing veteran with global expertise spanning the capital structure from equity to first mortgage lending and closed transactions in six countries. Prior to joining Ladder Capital, Mr. Bednar ran the New York office of JPMorgan Real Estate Special Situations. Mr. Bednar worked at Goldman, Sachs and Co. in the Global Special Situations Group in New York and after running the non-Japan Asia business for Morgan Stanley Real Estate from Hong Kong. He served for four years in the United States Marine Corps. Mr. Bednar received a BA and MBA from Harvard University.

Mr. Thomas M. Harney, also known as Tom, has been the Head of Merchant Banking and Capital Markets at Ladder Capital Finance Holdings LLLP since October 2010. Mr. Harney has been the Head of Merchant Banking and Capital Markets of Ladder Capital Finance LLC since June 2010 and Ladder Capital Corp since October 2010. Mr. Harney served as Managing Director and Head of Real Estate at Tri-Artisan Partners LLC since December 2008. Mr. Harney served as the Head of Real Estate at Tri-Artisan Capital Partners from 2008 to 2010. Mr. Harney served as Senior Managing Director of the Real Estate Investment Banking Group at Bear Stearns, where Mr. Harney worked from 1997 to 2008. Prior to that, from 1983 to 1997 Mr. Harney held senior investment banking and principal investment/finance roles related to commercial real estate at Olympia & York, Merrill Lynch, BT Securities and a series of private investment partnerships. Mr. Harney has extensive experience in completed large-scale M&A transactions, as well as a broad range of debt and equity securities transactions in both public and private formats. He has more than 28 years of experience in real estate and investment banking. He served as Managing Director and Head of Real Estate at Morgan Joseph TriArtisan Capital LLC. Mr. Harney has completed over $70 billion in real estate transactions during the span of his successful career. He focus on recapitalizations, privatizations, joint ventures and opportunistic investment initiatives in cooperation with seasoned management teams as well as selected private market project-level debt and equity investments. Mr. Harney joined Tri-Artisan after having spent 11 years at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc., where he served as Senior Managing Director of the Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging & Leisure Investment Banking Group and Co-Head of Real Estate Investment Banking. During his tenure at Bear, Stearns from 1997 to 2008, Mr. Harney led several high profile transactions including the merger of Starwood Financial and TriNet Corporate Realty Trust to form iStar Financial; the merger of Lexington Realty Trust and Newkirk, the sale of National Government Properties to Rubicon America Trust and multiple transactions with Crescent Real Estate; Canyon Ranch; Boca Resorts / Florida Panthers; CBL & Associates; NorthStar Realty Finance; Essex Property Trust and several other prominent real estate companies. Prior to joining Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc., Mr. Harney served in various senior investment banking and principal investment roles at firms including Merrill Lynch and BT Securities from 1983 to 1997. He started his career in 1983 at Olympia & York Properties and has successfully invested in both distressed debt and opportunistic equity in past market downturns. In addition, Mr. Harney benefits from his hands-on experience in acquiring, managing, leasing, financing and selling direct property holdings and portfolios. He is a Member of multiple industry organizations including the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts, the Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers. He also serves as a Trustee of The Greenwich Village Society for Historic Preservation. Mr. Harney graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in Urban Studies from the University of Pennsylvania and is a graduate of the New York University Real Estate Finance & Development Program.

Mr. Walker F. Brown has been Managing Director of Ladder Capital Corp since June 13, 2017. Mr. Brown served as a Managing Director of Commercial Real Estate at Benefit Street Partners L.L.C. Mr. Brown focuses on commercial real estate and joined in 2016. Prior to this, Mr. Brown was a Managing Director at CCRE, Cantor Fitzgerald's commercial real estate finance and securitization platform, where he was responsible for originating commercial real estate debt. Prior to this, he was employed at Merrill Lynch in the global commercial real estate and CMBS group, where he focused on origination, underwriting and asset management. Mr. Brown received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Mississippi.

Mr. Lonnie Vidaurri has been Managing Director at Ladder Capital Corp since April 25, 2017. Mr. Vidaurri serves as a Managing Director at Ladder Capital Finance LLC. He focuses on transactions throughout the entire Ladder Capital real estate capital structure. Prior to joining Ladder Capital, he served as a Senior Vice President at OneWest Bank, where he was instrumental in building the CRE origination platform. Prior to OneWest Bank, he served as the Head of The Western Region for Barclays Capital U.S. Real Estate Capital Markets. Prior to Barclays, he worked at Lehman Brothers and Jones Lang LaSalle. Mr. Vidaurri earned his MA at the University of Southern California and his B.A. from the University of California at Los Angeles and was a Summer Research Fellow at Cornell University.
