Richard J. Lampen has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Ladenburg Thalmann Financial Services Inc. since September 2006. Since July 1996, Mr. Lampen has served as Executive Vice President of Vector Group. Since October 2008, Mr. Lampen has served as President and Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Castle Brands Inc. From January 1997 to January 2014, Mr. Lampen served as a Director of SG Blocks, Inc. (formerly CDSI Holdings Inc.). Mr. Lampen also currently serves as Chairman of the board of Directors of the Financial Services Institute.

Mr. Adam Malamed has been the Chief Operating Officer of Ladenburg Thalmann Financial Services Inc. since January 2012 and has been its Executive Vice President since January 3, 2017. Mr. Malamed served as a Co-Chief Operating Officer of Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. Inc., until December 15, 2011. He has 18 years of experience in the financial services industry and has helped oversee the growth of Ladenburg's Investment Banking and Asset Management businesses, as well as managing the successful integration of Ladenburg's newly acquired independent broker-dealer units. Prior to joining Ladenburg, Mr. Malamed served as President and Co-Founder of BroadWall Capital, LLC. He serves as a Vice President on the Executive Committee of the Miami Children's Museum. Mr. Malamed received a B.A. degree in Business Management from University of Massachusetts Amherst and completed the Harvard Business School General Management Program. He holds the series 4, 7, 9, 10, 24, 63, 79 and 87 securities licenses.

Mr. Brett H. Kaufman has been the Chief Financial Officer and a Senior Vice President at Ladenburg Thalmann Financial Services Inc. since April 10, 2008 and April 2010 respectively. Mr. Kaufman served as a Vice President of Ladenburg Thalmann Financial Services Inc., since March 2008. He joined Ladenburg from Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc., where he served as the Managing Director and Director of Financial Planning and Analysis in the Controller's Group. While at Bear Stearns, Mr. Kaufman was responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight for Bear Stearn's financial reporting, planning, budgeting and forecasting initiatives on a worldwide basis. From October 1994 to April 1999, he served as a Senior Associate in the Audit and Business Advisory Services division of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Mr. Kaufman is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Kaufman holds a B.S. in Accounting from Binghamton University.

Mark David Zeitchick has been Executive Vice President of Ladenburg Thalmann Financial Services Inc. (the ???Company???) since September 2006. From August 1999 until December 2003, Mr. Zeitchick served as one of Company's Executive Vice Presidents and from September 2006 until December 2011, Mr. Zeitchick served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. Inc. Mr. Zeitchick has been a registered representative with Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. Inc. since March 2001. Since March 2014, Mr. Zeitchick has served as a Director of Castle Brands.

Mr. Joseph Giovanniello, Jr. has been Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. Inc. since June 1998. Mr. Giovanniello serves as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Ladenburg Thalmann Asset Management Inc. He has been Senior Vice President of Corporate & Regulatory Affairs at Ladenburg Thalmann Financial Services Inc since January 2013 and has been its Secretary since May 2005.
