Mr. Mark Vandriel serves as the Head of Platform Operations at LAKANA LLC. Mr. VanDriel provides operational leadership for the organization, including Professional Services, Client Services, Support, News & Content and Technology Operations. With a continuous goal to streamline operations, he tirelessly works with teams to improve processes, while enhancing the experience of LAKANA's clientele. With 25+ years of experience in information technology, business management and operations, Mr. VanDriel has worked across numerous industries including professional services, education, retail, healthcare, financial services, aerospace, defense and manufacturing. Mr. VanDriel has held leadership positions in multiple industries, conducted strategy sessions for Fortune 500 clients, led process engineering efforts and has even served as speaker for a number of national technology conferences. His passion is to build strong teams that enjoy working together, while delivering exceptional results. Mr. VanDriel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science and Business Administration from Concordia College, Moorhead MN.

Mr. Charles Im serves as the Head of Platform at Lakana, Inc and served as its Head of Technology. In fact, Mr. Im is a co-founder at Enterprise Technology Group, he built the SaaS platform that was the core system used by EndPlay and is the spine of LAKANA. Mr. Im served as Vice President of Engineering at EndPlay, Inc. since 2011. Mr. Im served as the Chief Technology Officer of Nexad Systems from September 2010 to April 2011. He Co-founded Koinos Technologies and served as its Chief Technology Officer from April 2009 to September 2010. He served as Vice President of Engineering at Shopflick.com from August 2008 to April 2009 and Rotohog.com from September 2006 to August 2008. He served as Software Architect of CRISIL MarketWire from July 2003 to September 2006; Senior Consultant of Tallan, Inc. from October 2002 to July 2003; Senior Software Engineer of Individual Network from April 2002 to October 2002; Consultant at Tallan, Inc. from July 2000 to April 2002 and Senior Applications Engineer at UltraTest from August 1996 to July 2000. He has co-founded multiple companies where he has designed, built, and launched software from the ground up as well as helped these ventures successfully become acquired. Mr. Im earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering & Computer Sciences from the University of California, Berkeley, where he was a Regent's Scholar.

Ms. Olympia Chu serves as the Head of Finance at Lakana, Inc. Ms. Chu provides and manages realistic budgets and oversees Lakana's finances, business affairs, compliance, accounting, treasury, human resources and administration. She works with senior colleagues to provide financial leadership in determining strategic business direction as well as financial strategies during all phases of Lakana's growth. She has 20+ years experience in finance and operations, she has also worked in a wide range of industry sectors including process manufacturing, service, hospitality, consumer products and oil and she has managed budgets in excess of $100M+ annually and shepherded integrations of complex financial and accounting systems. Ms. Chu has Business Experience in Finance; Accounting; Human Resources; Technology; Consumer Products; Hospitality; and Manufacturing. Ms. Chu served as Chief Financial officer at EndPlay, Inc. She has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from California State University, Los Angeles.

Ms. Nancy Cassutt serves as Managing Director of Content Initiatives at Minnesota Public Radio, Inc. Ms. Cassutt serves as a Senior Vice President of Professional Services at Internet Broadcasting Systems, Inc., (alternate name Lakana, Inc.). She served as Vice President of Content & Operations and Senior Vice President of Content Daily Operations & Customer Solutions at Internet Broadcasting Systems, Inc. She has been leading the content team at Internet Broadcasting since January 2000. In her 17 years in broadcasting career, she started as intern, dispatcher and news researcher at the CBS affiliate in Minneapolis, WCCO-TV. In 1984 she went to Duluth to be on-air as a government reporter. A year later she did a tour in Green Bay as morning news anchor and general assignment reporter. In 1987 Ms. Cassutt decided to make the move to management, as assignment editor at Minneapolis ABC affiliate, KSTP-TV. Two years later she returned to WCCO to become Managing Editor, then Assistant News Director. At WCCO, she coordinated several award-winning projects, Connecting 4 Kids, designed to encourage adults to reach out to troubled children in the community. Ms. Cassutt graduated from St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, Minnesota with majors in Mass Communications and Speech Communications.

Aaron Kutylo serves as the Head of Client Services, VP at LAKANA a division of Nexstar Digital of LAKANA. Aaron started at LAKANA in August of 2018. Aaron currently resides in Greater Boston Area.

Drew Clayton serves as the Vice President, Product Management of LAKANA. Drew started at LAKANA in August of 2018. Drew currently resides in Greater Los Angeles Area.

Ivan Balzer serves as the VP, Programmatic of LAKANA. Ivan started at LAKANA in December of 2018. Ivan currently resides in Greater Los Angeles Area.
