Mr. Ottinger is a 1988 graduate of Muncie Central High School. Mr. Ottinger received his B.S. degree in Business/Entrepreneurship from Ball State University in 1992 and an M.B.A. from Indiana University (IPFW campus) in 1999.

Ms. Kristin L. Pruitt has been Chief Administrative Officer of Lake City Bank since October 2017. Ms. Pruitt has been Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Lakeland Financial Corp. since February 04, 2014 and Lake City Bank since February 2014. Ms. Pruitt joined Lake City Bank in 2008 and oversees risk management, compliance, corporate governance, legal affairs and people development. She serves as Secretary of Lakeland Financial Corp. Mr. Jonathan P. Steiner, also known as Jon, has been Senior Vice President of Lake City Bank, a subsidiary of Lakeland Financial Corp., since July 12, 2011. Mr. Steiner serves as Senior Vice President of Lakeland Financial Corp. He joined Lake City Bank in 2010 as Vice President in the Commercial Banking Department in the Fort Wayne market. Prior to joining Lake City Bank, Mr. Steiner served as Senior Vice President Holland City President of Mercantile Bank in Michigan, where he was employed since 2003. He began his banking career in Grand Rapids, Michigan in 1985.
