Mr. Steven F. Crooke has been the Chief Administrative Officer of Layne Christensen Company since December 5, 2014 and has been its Secretary and General Counsel since May 2001 and its Senior Vice President since February 1, 2006. Mr. Crooke served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Layne Christensen Company since October 2014 and Vice President since May 2001. From June 2000 to April 2001, He served as Corporate Legal Affairs Manager of Huhtamaki Van Leer Oyj. Prior to that, he served as Assistant General Counsel of Layne Christensen Company from 1997 to May 2000.

Mr. Kevin P. Maher has been the Senior Vice President of Water Resources and Mineral Services at Layne Christensen Company since March 2016 and served as its President of the Mineral Services Division since January 1, 2013. Mr. Maher is an experienced executive with over 25 years of proven expertise in the drilling industry. He has led technical and complex operations, creating new opportunities, managing profit and loss and developing results-oriented strategic plans. He is adept at working in companies ranging from start-ups to billion dollar corporations. Mr. Maher has run his own family business that was successfully integrated into Boart Longyear after it was acquired. At Boart Longyear, Mr. Maher served as the Eastern Regional Manager for Environmental & Infrastructure. Most recently, he served as Manager of Reverse Circulation & Mine Support Drilling Operations at Major Drilling America. Mr. Maher has a BS in Geology and Geophysics from Boston College and an MBA from the University of New Hampshire.

Mr. Larry D. Purlee has been the President of Inliner Division at Layne Christensen Company since February 1, 2010. Mr. Purlee serves as the President at Inliner Technologies, LLC. He is the President of Inliner Technologies at Layne Inliner, LLC. He Purlee served as President of Reynolds Inliner LLC at Layne Christensen Company since February 1, 2010. Mr. Purlee has over 42 years of experience in the wastewater pipeline rehabilitation industry.

Ms. Jami M. Phillips serves as Vice President of Layne Christensen Company and has been its Controller since October 9, 2015. Ms. Phillips serves as Treasurer of Big Mountain Water Company and Secretary-Treasurer of Big Mountain Development Corporation. She served as the Principal Accounting Officer at Layne Christensen Company from November 9, 2015 to April 15, 2016. She served as Treasurer of Winter Sports, Inc. since January 2000 and Chief Financial Officer from September 2000 to November 2005. She worked for Layne Christensen Company in various finance positions since 2013 and served as its Controller since October 9, 2014. She worked for CBIZ, Inc., from 2010 to 2013. Ms. Phillips was employed at Southern Illinois Regional Social Services, Inc. of Carbondale, Illinois as Financial Director from 1997 to 1999. She served as Senior Auditor at Kerber, Eck & Braeckel, LLP, from 1996 to 1997 and at Barnett & Levine, LLP, from 1995 to 1996. Ms. Phillips is Vice President of Moose Run Homeowners Association, Treasurer of Glacier Village Association and President of Kintla Lodge Condominium Association. Ms. Phillips also serves on the board of Anapurna Condominium Association.

Ms. Lisa Curtis has been the Chief Accounting Officer of Layne Christensen Company since April 15, 2016 and as its Vice President of Finance since February 2016. Ms. Curtis worked for Cameron International Corporation, a Fortune 500 company and leading provider of flow equipment products, systems and services to worldwide oil and gas industries, since November 2009. During her time at Cameron, she served in positions of increasing responsibility, including Controller, External Reporting, Accounting Policies and Internal Controls. She served as the Chief Accounting Officer of Trico Marine Services Inc. from October 15, 2008 to November 20, 2009. From May 2000 until October 2008, she worked for National Oilwell Varco, Inc., a worldwide leader in the design, manufacture and sale of equipment and components used in oil and gas drilling and production operations, in various capacities. Prior to May 2000, Ms. Curtis served as an Audit Manager at Deloitte & Touche LLP, an international accounting firm. Ms. Curtis holds a B.B.A. in accounting and finance from Texas A&M University and is a certified public accountant.
