Mr. Mark Young is Managing Partner of Voltaire Capital, LLC. Mr. Young specializes in structuring and financing international real estate and corporate investment opportunities. He serves as a Chief Operating Officer, Latin America at L Catterton. He served as the President of Aravali Partners LLC. Previously, he worked at McKinsey & Co. where he led their investment advisory division. He has also co-founded two ventures in the biotechnology and entertainment industries. Mr. Young's experience also includes several years on Wall Street, most recently at Morgan Stanley, and as a Senior Manager at Price Waterhouse Coopers. He has broad expertise and an extensive business background. He has over 20 years of experience with McKinsey & Co., Morgan Stanley & Co., Salomon Brothers, and PriceWaterhouse Coopers. Mr. Young serves as a Director of Greater China Corp. He is a Certified CFA, CPA, Series 3,7 and 63 and registered SFA. Mr. Young received his MBA from Harvard Business School and graduated, with honors BS Accounting from Boston College.

Ms. Farah Khan is an Executive Director and Partner - Latin America at L Catterton. She was a Principal at the firm. Prior to joining the firm, she was a Vice President at Sandler Capital Management where Ms. Khan focused on growth equity, leveraged buyouts, and financings of middle market companies. She joined the firm in 2004. Before this, Ms. Khan worked at Apax Partners, where she focused on growth capital and leveraged buyouts in the retail and consumer product sectors. Earlier, Ms. Khan worked in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs, where she focused on corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions coverage of retail, media, and technology companies based in both New York and Menlo Park. Ms. Khan also worked at eVolution Global Partners, Texas Pacific Group, and Bain & Co. She was an Associate at eVolution Global Partners, L.L.C. She received an M.B.A from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Ms. Khan is a Phi Beta Kappa and summa cum laude graduate of Mount Holyoke College with a B.A. degree in Economics and Mathematics.

Mr. Julio Babecki is a Partner of Latin America at L Catterton. Mr. Babecki was a Partner and Head of Madrid Office at L Capital Management SAS. Mr. Babecki joined the L Capital Management in June 2007 and was in charge of the firm's offices in Spain and Portugal. Since he joined, Mr. Babecki actively analysed investment opportunities in brands and specialized retail distribution in Europe, mainly in Spain, Portugal, Scandinavia and UK. He has led the investment in the Pepe Jeans & Hackett Group and has been actively involved in the investment decision of the fund's two most recent investments: Sandro & Maje and the TWC Group. He served as Vice President of Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley. He spent 17 years in investment banking, primarily in mergers and acquisitions, in London, at Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch and BNP Paribas. In Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc., he was Co-Head of Middle Market M&A for EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) and Director of Europe until 2003. He served as a Director of Corporate Finance, Spain at BNP Paribas since October 12, 2004. Earlier, he worked at Morgan Stanley, most recently as a Vice President and served in the corporate finance, debt capital markets, and merger and acquisition departments. Mr. Babecki is a Board Member of Pepe Jeans & Hackett and S.T. Lonia (Carolina Herrera and Purificaci??n Garc??a). He is fluent in Spanish, English and French. Prior to joining L Catterton Partners, Mr. Magliacano served as a Principal at North Castle Partners, LLC from 1999 to 2006. Mr. Magliacano joined North Castle Partners as an Associate in 1999 with a background in both investment banking and private equity. Mr. Ricardo Salmon is a Partner, Latin America at L Catterton. Mr. Salmon served as a Senior Managing Director at Eton Park Capital Management, L.P. He joined Eton Park prior to the fund launch in November of 2004 and he was responsible for public investments in emerging markets, as well as actively involved in private equity and illiquid investment activities. Earlier, Mr. Salmon was a senior member of the Latin American private equity team at Deutsche Bank. Previously, he was with Bassini Playfair and Associates where he led various private equity investments in the region. Mr. Salmon began his professional career in Mergers and Acquisition at James D. Wolfensohn, Inc. He is past Chairman of the Northeast Board of the Diabetes Research Institute Foundation (DRIF) and a member of the DRIF National Board of Directors. He is the Vice Chairman and a member of the Board of Directors of ReachingU. Mr. Salmon is also a member of the Advisory Board of the Huntsman Program of the University of Pennsylvania and a member of the Wharton Executive Board for Latin America. He is fluent in Spanish and proficient in Portuguese. Mr. Salmon graduated from the Wharton School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting.
