Mr. T. Wilson Eglin, also known as Will, has been the Chief Executive Officer since January 2003 at Lexington Realty Trust and serves as President since April 1996. Mr. Bonventre has been an Executive Vice President and Secretary of Lexington Realty Trust since 2008 and 2014 respectively and has been its General Counsel since 2004. Prior to 2007, Mr. Bonventre served as Vice President of Lexington Realty Trust and also served as its Assistant Secretary. Prior to joining Lexington Realty in September 2004, Mr. Bonventre was associated with Paul, Hastings, Janofksy & Walker LLP, as Outside Corporate Counsel. Mr. Bonventre is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.

Ms. Beth Boulerice has been Principal Accounting Officer of Lex Gp-1 Trust at Lepercq Corporate Income Fund L.P. since December 19, 2016 and serves as its Vice President. Ms. Boulerice has been Chief Accounting Officer of Lexington Realty Trust since January 2011 and has been its Executive Vice President since January 2013. Ms. Boulerice graduated from the University of Rhode Island and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Ms. Lara Sweeney Johnson serves as an Executive Vice President at Lexington Realty Trust. Ms. Johnson served as Executive Vice President of Newkirk Realty Trust, Inc. since July 2005. Ms. Johnson served as Senior Vice President of Winthrop Financial Associates., since April 2005. She served as Executive Vice President of Strategic Transactions at Lexington Realty Trust. She served as Executive Vice President of LEX-GP-1 Trust, General Partner of The Lexington Master Limited Partnership(Formerly Newkirk Master LP) since July 2005. From April 1996 to March 2003, she has served as senior vice president of Winthrop Financial Associates. She served as a vice president of the Shelbourne Entities from August 2002 until their liquidation in April 2004. She served as Director of Investor Relations at National Property Investors, Inc. from 1994 to 1996. She served as Director of LEX-GP-1 Trust and Newkirk Realty Trust, Inc. since July 2005. She has B.A. from Transylvania University and an M.B.A. from the University of Kentucky.

Mr. James Dudley has been an Executive Vice President at Lexington Realty Trust since February 09, 2017. Mr. Dudley has been the Director of Asset Management of Lexington Realty Trust since August 4, 2015. Mr. Dudley has been with Lexington Realty Trust since 2006 and has held various roles within the Asset Management Department. Prior to joining Lexington Realty Trust, Mr. Dudley was employed by ORIX Capital Markets. Mr. Dudley has a B.A. from Angelo State University and M.S. from The University of Texas at Arlington.

Natasha Roberts serves as Executive Vice President and Director of Acquisitions at Lexington Realty Trust. Ms. Roberts served as Director of Real Estate Operations of Lexington Realty Trust since May, 2007. Ms. Roberts served as Vice President and a Member of the Acquisition Department of Lexington Realty Trust (aka: Lexington Corporate Properties Trust) since 1997. Ms. Roberts worked for Net Lease Partners Realty Advisors from January 1995 to January 1997. She received her B.F.A. from New York University in 1989.

Mr. Brendan P. Mullinix serves as an Executive Vice President of Lexington Realty Trust. Mr. Mullinix served as Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President and Secretary of Lexington Strategic Asset Corp. Mr. Mullinix served as Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President and Secretary of LXP Advisory LLC, an Advisor of Lexington Strategic Asset Corp. He served as Vice President of Lexington Realty Trust (formerly Lexington Corporate Properties Trust) since February 2000 and its Member of the Acquisitions Department since October 1996. Mr. Mullinix received his B.A. from Columbia University in 1996.

Mr. Nabil Andrawis serves as an Executive Vice President and Director of Taxation of Lexington Realty Trust. Prior to joining us in 2002, Mr. Andrawis was employed by Vornado Realty Trust and Deloitte and Touche LLP. Mr. Andrawis is the Co-Chairman of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts State and Local Tax Subcommittee. Mr. Andrawis holds a B.B.A. from Bernard M. Baruch College. Mr. Andrawis is a Certified Public Accountant.

Joseph Bonventre serves as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary of Lexington Realty Trust. Joseph started at Lexington Realty Trust in Sep of 2004. Joseph currently resides in the Greater New York City Area.
