
Great company culture for those who work in the HQ office in Buffalo. There's not much of a company culture established by leadership for the sales organization, though, but there's pros and cons to this. The pros are that the sales folks all feel that the technology is the best thing since sliced bread and there's a lot of passion there. It's also a Pro because there's no gimmicky contests that sales reps feel obligated to participate in and attend awards ceremonies. You own your own business. The cons are that you're on an island and it's difficult to feed off of other's passion and enthusiasm. It's also a con because you don't have something like a President's Club to attend when you have a big year. Lastly, the compensation structure is awful and can damper one's desire to go above and beyond.
