Mr. James Linville, also known as Jim, has been President at Lilis Energy, Inc. since June 26, 2017 and its Chief Executive Officer since August 4, 2017. Prior to joining Lilis, Mr. Linville served as Senior Director of Operations and Development at U.S. Energy Development Corporation and served as its a member of the Capital Committee. He served as Director-Acquisitions at American Energy Partners and served as its Director of Operations for American Energy Partners'Permian Basin affiliate. During his tenure, Mr. Linville was responsible for assembling and leading the technical team that screened over 400 acquisition opportunities. Mr. Linville's key evaluations resulted in the successful creation of $4.25 billion in Permian and Marcellus platform companies for American Energy Partners. Mr. Linville's career includes serving in various engineering and leadership roles at Devon Energy from January 2001 to January 2014. From 2007-2014, Mr. Linville served as Devon's Operations Manager-Rockies, where he managed a $300 million capital budget with 50 horizontal wells drilled per year; oversaw 2,700 producing wells and supervised 200 employees. Prior positions with Devon, he included serving as Supervisor-Business Process Transformation Team, 18-month special project; Senior Reservoir Engineering Advisor-Permian New Mexico and Senior Operations Engineer-Permian New Mexico. Mr. Linville served as New Zealand Drilling Manager and Senior District Petroleum Engineer-Appalachian Basin of Eastern American Energy & Westech International; Senior Production Operations Engineer at Consolidated Oil and Gas; Petroleum Engineer: Permian, Rockies, Midcontinent & Gulf Coast at Hallwood Petroleum and Drilling Engineer and Rig Supervisor at UNOCAL. He is a member of the Petroleum Advisory Board of New Mexico Tech and has previously served as a board member, section chairman and regional meeting chairman of the Society of Petroleum Engineers. Mr. Linville is a registered professional engineer with the State of Colorado. Mr. Linville earned a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from New Mexico Tech and a Master of Environmental Management from Marshall University.

Mr. Joseph C. Daches, also known as Joe, has been the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Treasurer at Lilis Energy, Inc. since January 23, 2017. Mr. Daches has been Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and Treasurer of PRC Williston LLC since July 2013 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. He served as the Co-Chief Executive Officer of Magnum Hunter Resources Corp. until September 2016. Mr. Daches served as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Magnum Hunter Resources Corp. since July 22, 2013 until June 10, 2016. Mr. Daches has more than 20 years of regulatory compliance, financial reporting, technical accounting, management and oil & gas accounting experience, primarily within the energy industry. Mr. Daches served as Chief Accounting Officer and Executive Vice President of Energy & Exploration Partners, Inc. since September 2012. Mr. Daches served as Partner and Managing Director of the Willis Consulting Group, LLC from January 2012 to September 2012. From October 2003 to January 2012. Mr. Daches also held positions as a Controller and a Chief Financial Officer within the energy industry. Mr. Daches served as Director of Financial Reporting and E&P Advisory Services at Sirius Solutions, LLLC, where he was primarily responsible for SEC reporting, technical accounting and the overall management of the E&P advisory services practice. He served as a Director of Energy & Exploration Partners, Inc. since April 2013. Mr. Daches possesses significant business experience and knowledge related to the oil and gas industry, including A&D transactions, oil and gas reporting, SEC reporting, corporate governance and compliance, budgeting and business valuations. He is a Certified Public Accountant in good standing with the Texas State Board of Accountancy. Mr. Daches earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Wilkes University.

Mr. Brennan Dane Short has been Chief Operating Officer at Lilis Energy, Inc. since January 27, 2017. Prior to joining the Lilis Energy, Mr. Short served as President at MMZ Consulting Inc. from May 2012 to January 2017, where he provided full cycle drilling & completions engineering and operational support to multiple clients. Mr. Short has over 20 years of proven expertise in domestic oil & gas exploration and production operations, field supervision, management and petroleum engineering consulting. Prior to forming MMZ Consulting Inc., Mr. Short held the position of Drilling Engineering Specialist at EOG Resources, Inc. from March 2010 to May 2012, where he was a drilling engineer in the infancy of the Eagleford Shale Play in South Texas. Previous to his role EOG Resources, Inc., Mr. Short was a Drilling Engineer at SM Energy from November 2007 to March 2010 and a Drilling Engineer at Samson Investment Company from March 2005 to November 2007. Mr. Short earned his Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University.

Ms. Ariella S. Fuchs has been Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Lilis Energy, Inc. since March 2015. Ms. Fuchs served as an Associate with Baker Botts L.L.P. since April 2013 until February 2015, Prior to joining Baker Botts L.L.P, she served as an Associate at White & Case LLP and Dewey and LeBoeuf LLP from January 2010 to March 2013. Ms. Fuchs received a J.D. degree from New York Law School and a B.A. degree in Political Science from Tufts University.

Mr. Ronald D. Ormand, also known as Ron, served as Senior Managing Director and Senior Advisor at FBR & Co. since May 2016. Mr. Ormand served as a Managing Director and Head of Energy Investment Banking Group at MLV & Co. Mr. Ormand is a Principal of 1055 Partners, LLC. Mr. Ormand served as Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Treasurer of PRC Williston LLC. He served as a Managing Director at MLV & Co since November 11, 2013. He joined MLV & Co. since November 2013. He is responsible identifying and assessing merchant banking opportunities in the oil and gas and other energy related industries. Mr. Ormand served as the Chief Financial Officer of NGAS Hunter, LLC. Mr. Ormand has over 33 years of experience as a senior executive and investment banker in the energy sector. He served as Head of Capital Markets and Executive Vice President of Finance at Magnum Hunter Resources Corp. from July 22, 2013 to October 31, 2013 and also served as its Secretary since September 2009. He served as the Co-Founder, Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Magnum Hunter Resources Corp. from May 22, 2009 to July 22, 2013. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Tremisis Energy Acquisition Corp. II since November 2007 and its Co-Chief Executive Officer from March 2009 to April 2009 and also Principal Accounting Officer. He served as President of Perugia Advisors, Inc. He served as President of Tremisis Energy Acquisition Corp. II from November 2007 to March 13, 2009. Mr. Ormand has over twenty five years of investment and commercial banking experience in the energy industry. From April 2005 to October 2007, he served as a managing director with West LB, where he covered the energy industry and served as head of the oil and gas investment banking group for the Americas. From 1988 to December 2004, he worked with CIBC World Markets and Oppenheimer & Co. From 1997 to 2004, Mr. Ormand served as head of CIBC World Markets' U.S. oil and gas investment banking group. Prior to CIBC World Markets since 1988, he worked in various investment banking positions with Bateman Eichler, Hill Richards Incorporated and L.F. Rothschild & Co., and as a research analyst covering the exploration and production sector at Rauscher Pierce Refsnes, Inc. He has been the Executive Chairman and Director of Lilis Energy, Inc. since July 11, 2016 and has been its Chairman of the Board since January 13, 2016 and Director since February 25, 2015. He served as Director of NGAS Hunter, LLC. Mr. Ormand has been a Director of Tremisis Energy Acquisition Corp. II since September 2007. He served as a Director of GreenHunter Resources, Inc. from June 5, 2009 to January 8, 2013. He served as a Director of Magnum Hunter Resources Corp. from May 23, 2009 to September 27, 2013 and Eureka Hunter Holdings, Inc. from 2010-2013. Mr. Ormand holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting in 1982 from the University of California Los Angeles, a B.A. in Economics in 1980 and studied Economics at Cambridge University, England in 1979.
