Mr. James S. Mahan, also known as Chip, III, Founded Live Oak Bancshares, Inc. in 2007 and serves as its Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Mahan is a Board Member at Plexus Capital. He serves as a Director at Payrailz, LLC. He also served as the Chairman of the Board of Cape Fear Bank. Mr. Mahan served as a Director of VirtualBank (Lydian Trust Company) since 2003. He Co-founded nCino, Inc. in 2011 and serves as its Director.
