Mr. Paul Brownlee has been Managing Director of Illinois at LM Funding America, Inc. since February 2016. Mr. Brownlee served as Vice President of National Sales at Associations, Inc. Mr. Brownlee is responsible for leadership and oversight of the Corporate Sales Team, Business Development and the National Developer program. He served as Vice President of Corporate Sales at Associations. His sales career began in the chemical and petro chemical industry in 2005 and eventually transitioned to the property management industry. Since joining the industry six years ago, he has played an instrumental role as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a successful start up reserve-study company and held a position as the Director of Corporate Sales for Associations. Mr. Brownlee is a Graduate of Marquette University's Les Aspin Center for Government.

Mr. Stephen D. Weclew, also known as Steve, has been Advisor to the Board at LM Funding America, Inc. (LMF) since August 21, 2017. Mr. Weclew served as Chief Financial Officer at LM Funding America, Inc. (LMF) from October 2015 to August 21, 2017 and as its Treasurer and Assistant Secretary until August 21, 2017. From 2012 to 2014, Mr. Weclew served as Director of Finance and Accounting for Smith and Nephew. From 2010 to 2012, Mr. Weclew was the Assistant Controller for Airgas Solutions, Inc. Mr. Weclew was a Senior Business Consultant with BST Global, Inc. from 2007 to 2010 and a Senior/In Charge accountant for Deloitte & Touche from 2004 to 2007. Mr. Weclew earned a B.S. in Business, Major Accounting and a Masters of Accountancy from University of Central Florida. He is a licensed C.P.A.

Mr. R. Dean Akers has been the Chief Operating Officer at LM Funding America, Inc. since May 2016. Mr. Akers leads the scaling and marketing efforts for LM Funding America's aggressive national expansion plans. He has been a part time strategic marketing consultant to LM Funding since 2009 and full time since January 2016. Prior to joining LM Funding, he held numerous executive-level positions including Chief Executive Officer of HemWell America. Earlier, Mr. Akers served as the Chief Executive Officer of Ideal Image Development, Inc. until 2009. He was an advisor to and served on the board for numerous charitable and civic organizations. He is a member of the CEO Council and Board of Fellows at the University of Tampa Business School. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in advertising from of the University of Florida.

Ryan Duran serves as the Vice President of Operations of LM Funding, LLC. Ryan started at LM Funding, LLC in March of 2015. Ryan currently resides in Tampa/St. Petersburg, Florida Area.
