He served as Secretary and Senior Vice President of SS/L Holdings, Inc. since May 2008. Mr. Katz served as Secretary and Senior Vice President of Space Systems/Loral, Inc. since May 2008 and served as its General Counsel. He served as Senior Vice President of Loral Space & Communications Inc. (also known as Loral Space & Communications Ltd.) from January 2008 to December 14, 2012. He served as Vice President of Loral Space & Communications Inc. from February 1998 to January 2008 and its General Counsel and Secretary from November 1999 to November 2005. Mr. Katz served as Assistant Secretary of Loral Skynet Corporation, since March 1998 and Deputy General Counsel & Assistant Secretary of Loral Space & Communications Inc., since February 1998. Mr. Katz has been a Director of Loral Skynet Corporation since April 2002. He served as a Director of Globalstar Inc.

Mr. Michael B. Targoff has been Consultant of Loral Space & Communications Inc. since December 14, 2012. Mr. Targoff served as Chief Executive Officer of CineComm since May 1998. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Space Systems/Loral, Inc. and SS/L Holdings, Inc. He founded Michael B. Targoff & Co. in 1998 and was its Owner and also served as its Chief Executive Officer from January 1998 to February 2006 and Principal from 1998 to February 2006. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Loral Space & Communications Inc. an affiliate of Space Systems/Loral Inc. from March 01, 2006 to December 14, 2012 and served as its President from January 08, 2008 to December 14, 2012. He served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Old Loral from 1996 to 1998. He served as the President of Globalstar Telecommunications Ltd. and Chief Operating Officer of Globalstar LP from May 1996 to January 1998. From April 1996 to January 1998, he served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Loral Space & Communications, Inc. From April 1992 to April 1996, He served as Senior Vice President of Lockheed Martin Tactical Systems, Inc. Mr. Targoff holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University in 1966 and a J.D. from Columbia University School of Law in 1969, where he was a Hamilton Fisk Scholar.
