Mr. William Bradley Southern, also known as Brad, has been Chief Executive Officer of Louisiana-pacific Corp. since July 1, 2017. He served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Siding of Louisiana-pacific Corp. Mr. Southern served as Vice President of Louisiana-pacific Corp. Mr. Southern was vice president of specialty operations. Mr. Southern began his career with MacMillan Bloedel as a forester and progressed through a variety of jobs in forestry, strategic planning, finance, accounting and plant management. He has been a Director of Louisiana-Pacific Corporation since July 12, 2017. Mr. Southern has a B.S. in Forest Resource and a M.S. in Forest Resources, both from the University of Georgia.

Mr. Dave Crowe serves as Vice President of Corporate Engineering and Director of Technology of Louisiana-Pacific Corp. Mr. Crowe served as a vice president of corporate engineering and technology Mr. Crowe has been in the forest products industry nearly 30 years. Mr. Crowe came to LP as manufacturing manager OSB in 1999. Prior to joining LP, Mr. Crowe worked for Champion International for 15 years, J D Irving Ltd. for two years and SAPPI for six years. A graduate of the University of Maine, Mr. Crowe holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.

Mr. Neil Sherman has been an Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Siding Business at Louisiana-Pacific Corporation since January 1, 2017 and served as its Senior Vice President of Engineered Wood Products from March 1, 2015 to January 1, 2017. Mr. Sherman served as Vice President of Procurement, Logistics and Supply Management for Louisiana-Pacific Corporation (LP) since August 15, 2006 until March 1, 2015. He joined Louisiana-Pacific Corp., in 1994 and served as its Director of Business Development and Corporate Real Estate. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Waste and Waste Water Management from Humboldt State University in Arcata, Calif.

Mr. Jason Ringblom has been Executive Vice President and General Manager of the OSB Business at Louisiana-Pacific Corporation since January 1, 2017 and served as its Vice President of Oriented Strand Board Sales and Marketing from February 2015 to January 1, 2017. Mr. Ringblom joined LP in 2004. In his time with LP, he has held a variety of positions, including OSB Sales Manager, General Sales Manager for the Southeast Region and Regional Sales Manager for the Eastern Half of the U.S. He holds a B.S. in Forest Products Marketing & Business Management from the University of Minnesota.

Mr. Mark A. Fuchs has been Vice President of Louisiana-pacific Corp.(LP) since February 5, 2007 and its General Counsel since 2001. Mr. Fuchs serves as Secretary of Louisiana-Pacific Corp. He joined Louisiana-Pacific in May 2001, from Bullivant Houser Bailey, where he represented Directors and officers, corporate boards, insurance companies and product manufacturers in various litigation matters. When he first joined Louisiana-Pacific, he managed its litigation caseload. Mr. Fuchs holds a B.S. in Biology from Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon, an MBA from Portland State University and a JD from Willamette University in Salem, Oregon.

Tim Mann serves as the Executive Vice President & General Counsel of Louisiana-Pacific Corporation. Tim started at Louisiana-Pacific Corporation in March of 2018. Tim currently resides in Greater Nashville Area, TN.
