Fast pace, moving from small entrepreneurial company to a more structured one, lots of change
My managers are great but HR is difficult and doesnt care about anyone. Overall as soon as we leave my management and go corporate nobody cares. I had to wait nearly 2 weeks for a paycheck after working there for months with no real effort to resolve the issue
Lovesac is the best place I have ever worked at. I love my coworkers and my customers.
There are always learning blocks to take from and learn a thing or two.
I have not been there long, but so far it's great. Starting pay is ok. Many opportunities to move up. Everyone in the company is super friendly and helpful.
