Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do feel a little undervalued. I have a true passion for this company. So when I notice people don't message their customer's back I will do it. Now at this point I do most of the outreach and binder organization with the same pay as start.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Lots of talent and experience from other jobs

My managers have always been friends with the employees. We have fun.
We know each other's strengths and weaknesses and are ready to jump in and help when we can. Our personalities click really well together.

Accepting, friendly, understanding, laid back

Culture for the company is environmentally friendly, and humanitarian. The environment is casual, and while the traffic is slow, we have fun with practice opportunities.

Higher wages, more employees, more autonomy to defend ourselves verbally, more options of help for customers
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was relaxed, mainly felt like having a chat with an old friend. They were nice and just wanted to learn if I had a positive attitude to add to the team.

What makes you most happy at work?
Helping a customer find exactly what they need is such a satisfying feeling. I also just have fun being able to design a couch for a specific theme they're going for!
Being able to spend time simply existing. This is my part-time job, and my primary one if really stressful and fast-paced. I enjoy listening to the music coming from the StealthTech system.
The fact that I can quit without regret
