
They work to make sure that the company/position/team is a good fit for them.
We work hard and expect a lot, which occasionally calls for overtime work during sprints. But... it's not consistently that way and managers work hard to make sure employees don't get burnout and are able to place their families first.
They're scrappy, efficient, motivated and motivating... working with them gets me excited about what the team is doing. Their enthusiasm and high-quality effort is infectious. It's the best and most dynamic team I've ever worked with - I literally never want to leave!!
They truly have a top-down, servant leadership type style. I really get the sense (and it's been proven time and again) that they are on my side and have my back. I never feel micro-managed. They're really the best leadership I've ever worked with.
When I first started I was not paid fairly. But the last few years major changes have happened at the company for better - including improved benefits for employees, better salaries, a 401k plan with a match... I feel more valued than ever and appreciate the efforts the leadership has put into it.
