Mr. Josh Wolfe is a Co-Founder of Lux Capital Management and serves as its Managing Partner, Founding Partner, and Managing Director. Mr. Wolfe is employed at Prudential Equity Group, LLC. He is a Co-founder and Advisor of Kurion, Inc. He is Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Coney Island Prep. Mr. Wolfe is Co-Founder of The NanoBusiness Commercialization Association, an Editor of the monthly Forbes/Wolfe Emerging Tech Report, a Senior Associate of the Foresight Institute for Nanotechnology, the Coordinator for the Institute of Molecular Manufacturing's Prize in Computational Nanotechnology. He has been actively involved with the East Harlem School at Exodus House for over a decade. At Lux Capital Management, his responsibilities include investments in physical and life sciences. He serves as Managing Director of Angstrom Partners LLC. He served at Citigroup CIB. He worked in Salomon Smith Barney's Investment Banking Group, where his experience included a $4 billion hotel merger and a defense against unsolicited leveraged buyouts. Mr. Wolfe also worked at Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc. on its Financial Futures and Options and Government strategy desk and at Prudential Securities in its Municipal Finance department. He has been a Director of Santa Fe Institute Of Science Inc. since May 3, 2015. He has been a Director of 3Scan, Inc. since January 27, 2015. He serves on the Board of Directors of Shapeways, Kymeta Corporation, Aira Tech Corp., Kurion, Inc., Crystal IS, Inc., Angstrom Publishing, and Lux Research, Inc. He served as Chairman and Chairman of Advisors at Kurion, Inc. Mr. Wolfe is also the author of 'Nanotech Report'. He served as a Director of Silicon Clocks, Inc. Previously, he conducted and published cutting edge AIDS and immunopathology research in Cell Vision and The Journal of Leukocyte Biology. Mr. Wolfe is a lecturer at MIT, Harvard, Yale, Cornell, Columbia, and NYU and a frequent guest on CNBC and CNN. Mr. Wolfe received a B.S. in Economics and Finance, with distinction, from Cornell University.
