Mr. Josh Wolfe is a Co-Founder of Lux Capital Management and serves as its Managing Partner, Founding Partner, and Managing Director. Mr. Wolfe is employed at Prudential Equity Group, LLC. He is a Co-founder and Advisor of Kurion, Inc. He is Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Coney Island Prep. Mr. Wolfe is Co-Founder of The NanoBusiness Commercialization Association, an Editor of the monthly Forbes/Wolfe Emerging Tech Report, a Senior Associate of the Foresight Institute for Nanotechnology, the Coordinator for the Institute of Molecular Manufacturing's Prize in Computational Nanotechnology. Mr. Wolfe is widely recognized as one of the preeminent minds in nanotechnology and finance. Mr. Wolfe is a lecturer at MIT, Harvard, Yale, Cornell, Columbia, and NYU and a frequent guest on CNBC and CNN. Mr. Wolfe received a B.S. in Economics and Finance, with distinction, from Cornell University.

Mr. Zack Schildhorn is a Partner at Lux Capital Management since July 1, 2014. Mr. Schildhorn joined the firm in 2006 focusing on marketing, operations, and investments within energy, novel materials, and technology. He previously served as a Vice President and Director of Operations at the firm. Mr. Schildhorn has worked extensively with a number of Lux portfolio companies. Before this, Mr. Schildhorn worked as an expedition photographer on the Colorado Plateau. He is a regular contributing editor for Forbes and has been an invited speaker and guest lecturer at Cornell University, Drexel University, and the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Schildhorn received an M.B.A. at Cornell University's Johnson Graduate School of Management after being chosen for a highly selective dual-degree program, where he helped teach in the entrepreneurship and private equity immersion program. He graduated in five years with a B.S., cum laude in Engineering from Cornell University's College of Engineering, where Mr. Schildhorn developed his own curriculum to study Materials Science Engineering and Business Entrepreneurship.

Mr. Adam Kalish is a General Partner at Lux Capital Management. He joined the firm on March 29, 2005. Before joining Lux, Mr. Kalish served as a Director at Everest Capital. Prior to Everest, he spent more than three years at Quellos Capital Management. He also worked at Dreamworks SKG in Los Angeles, where Mr. Kalish reported directly to the President of the Studio. He has been a frequent lecturer at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, MIT, and Johns Hopkins. Mr. Kalish has been invited to guest speak at the University of Miami Business School as well as the undergraduate program. He helped initiate the appointment of a technology expert to the Wall Street Journal. Mr. Kalish was featured in the New York Times. Additionally, he has been invited as an honoree to help open the NASDAQ Market. Mr. Kalish currently serves on the Communications Committee for the Prostate Cancer Foundation and has been a coach for the Special Olympics. Dr. Adam Goulburn, Ph.D. serves as a Partner at Lux Capital Management. Dr. Goulburn was Principal at Lux Capital Management since July 1, 2014. He concentrates on investments within the healthcare, life science, and technology sectors. He focuses on broad investment opportunities in healthcare information technology, services, mobile health and therapeutics. He served as a Senior Associate at Lux Capital Management. Dr. Goulburn has worked extensively with a number of Lux portfolio companies including Kala Pharmaceuticals and Genocea Biosciences. He is also a mentor for healthcare IT incubators Blueprint Health and Healthbox. Before this, he was a Postdoctoral Fellow of Neuroscience at Weill Cornell Medical College, researching regenerative medicine in association with brain disorders including schizophrenia and Alzheimer's disease. He serves as a Director at Authorea, Inc. He has been a Director of 3Scan, Inc. since January 27, 2015. He has published in numerous peer reviewed scientific journals. Dr. Goulburn has dual degrees a Ph.D. at the Australian Stem Cell Centre, having being chosen as a highly selective Premier Scholar and undergraduate degrees in Commerce and Science.

Dr. Bilal Zuberi, Ph.D. has been Partner of Lux Capital Management since May 9, 2013. Dr. Zuberi focuses on identifying and leading early-stage investments across the Hardware, Software and Data sectors and also works with existing firm portfolio companies. Dr. Zuberi has been investing in technology start-ups for more than 15 years. His area of focus is investing in 'deep tech' and 'big ideas'. He is a Member of the core founding team of LUMS School of Science and Engineering. He co-organizes annual University Research and Entrepreneurship Symposium (URES). Dr. Zuberi spent the last 10 years as an entrepreneur and investor in early-stage technology companies. He was Principal of General Catalyst Partners and focus at investments in both new and existing technology businesses in the areas of advanced materials, clean energy and environment related technologies. At General Catalyst, he was Co-Founder of Rough Draft Ventures and the annual University Research and Entrepreneurship Symposium. Dr. Zuberi has been a Mentor and Advisor to investors and entrepreneurs. Previously, he was a Co-Founder and Vice President of Product Development at GEO2 Technologies, Inc. Dr. Zuberi was responsible for the development of GEO2's products and also for its customers. He served as a Strategy Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group, where Dr. Zuberi advised clients in automotive and industrial markets, especially in matters of technology, innovation and intellectual property. He served as a member of the lead team researching air quality in Mexico City and the improvements in Mexico City pollution indices due to stricter government regulations, use of automobile and diesel emission controls and management of industrial processes. Dr. Zeberi was also a Scientific Researcher at PNNL's Department of Energy. He co-founded a successful program to promote and encourage university based entrepreneurship (ENTER). Dr. Zuberi was also a visiting researcher at the Pacific Northwest national Labs. He researched the formation mechanisms of particulate pollution (from anthropogenic and natural sources) in the atmosphere, the microphysics and chemistry of particulates in the environment and the effects of particulate pollution on local, regional and global climate change. Dr. Zuberi has also researched the air quality programs in the United States and Mexico City. His technical work has been published in several patents and peer-reviewed journal publications. Mr. Robert Paull is a Co-Founder, Managing General Partner and Venture Partner at Lux Capital Management. At Lux Capital, Mr. Paull focuses on ventures in healthcare. He previously served as a Managing Partner at the Lux Capital. He is an invited Lecturer at the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, the National Cancer Institute, Yale University in Georgetown and the University of Virginia. He is a Co-Founder of Lux Research. Mr. Paull serves as a Managing Director of Angstrom Partners LLC. He has served as an Advisor to the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Dr. Shahin Farshchi, Ph.D. is a Partner at Lux Capital Management since July 1, 2014. He has sourced many of the firm's investments in hardware and devices. He joined the firm in 2006 and focuses on investments in energy and technology. Previously, he served as a Principal at the firm. Before joining the firm, Dr. Farshchi held technical positions at General Motors and several Silicon Valley technology startups. He has been an invited speaker/panelist at a variety of Universities and organizations including the IEEE, UC Berkeley, Stanford, UCLA, UCI, the California Cleantech Initiative, Entretec, OCTane, and the MIT Club of Silicon Valley. He is a Member of the Board of Directors of Mythic. He has also served as a Postdoctoral Scholar at the UCLA department of Electrical Engineering and Staff Research Associate at the California NanoSystems Institute. Dr. Farshchi's research on wireless biosignal telemetry has been published in over ten IEEE conference proceedings and three IEEE journals. During his graduation he worked with as a software developer with several startups. Dr. Farshchi received a Ph.D. and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Management from the University of California, Los Angeles and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science with College of Engineering Honors from the University of California at Berkeley

Ms. Renata Streit Quintini is a Partner at Lux Capital Management. She was a Managing Director at Felicis Ventures. Previously, Ms. Quintin was a General Partner and prior that a Partner at the firm since June 2012 and is primarily focused on investments in e-commerce, education, and connected devices. Previously, she was also a Principal at the firm. Ms. Quintini joined Felicis Ventures in 2011. Prior to joining Felicis, she was an institutional investor and Investment Manager at the Stanford Management Company, where she helped manage the endowment's venture capital portfolio and build out its micro-venture capital exposure. She also worked at JPMorgan's Tech, Media and Telecom group, focusing on consumer Internet companies and coordinated the business, legal and fundraising strategy for a Brazil-based social media start-up. Ms. Quintini started her career as a tech merger and acquisition law both in Brazil and Silicon Valley, her last position being with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom. She serves on the Board of Fluxx and eduK. She is particularly enthusiastic about partnering with founders who are evolving e-commerce infrastructure or reinventing it for the mobile age, pioneering unique approaches to corporate training, and creating new markets with connected devices and virtual reality. Ms. Quintin holds an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, a Law degree from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, and an LL.M in Law, Science, and Technology from Stanford Law School.
