Mr. Tamin Pechet was the Founder of Banyan Water, Inc. and served as its Director until February 5, 2016. Mr. Pechet serves as Chairman of Imagine H2O. Additionally, he is a Board Director of Lux Research. Previously, Mr. Pechet served as a Principal at Catamount Ventures, financing and supporting growth of water, energy, and technology companies. Before joining Catamount, as a principal investor at Goldman, Sachs & Co., he co-founded and managed Goldman Sachs E&P Capital. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Mr. Pechet held a business development position with Launch Media through its acquisition by Yahoo! He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an A.B. with Honors from Harvard University.

Mr. Stephen M. Cote serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Lux Research, Inc. Mr. Cote serves as an Executive Vice President of Lund Precision Products, Inc. Mr. Cote serves as an Executive Vice President of The Lund Precision Group. He joined Lux Research after 12 years at TowerGroup. He served as Chief Financial Officer of The Tower Group, Inc. and was responsible for all financial administration, including guiding through its global expansion, as well as its sale to Reuters in 1999 and MasterCard in 2004. Prior to joining Tower Group, Mr. Cote was controller at Mercer Management Consulting and held senior financial management positions at Grubb & Ellis Company. As vice president and assistant corporate controller at Grubb & Ellis, he was part of the senior management team that restructured Grubb & Ellis's operations and refocused its efforts on Grubb & Ellis's two core businesses. As controller of Mercer's US operations, he led a team of finance professionals in the improvement and centralization of the core financial and accounting processes. Mr. Cote holds an M.B.A. from the University of San Francisco and a B.S. in accountancy from Bentley College. Mr. Cote is a certified public accountant and is a member of the AICPA, member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the Financial Executives Institute.

Mr. Andrew Stockwell has been Senior Vice President of Research Product & Operations at Lux Research, Inc. since November 15, 2017. Mr. Stockwell serves as the Chief Research Officer of Kantar Retail Company. He has nearly two decades of experience at market insights firms helping clients thrive in the face of market disruption and innovation. He held executive leadership roles in product, strategy, marketing and research with Kantar Retail, leading provider of market insights, analytics and consulting solutions for the retail and consumer packaged goods industries. He spent over 13 years at Forrester Research where his most recent roles included leading the consulting organization supporting marketing and strategy professionals, leading the global eBusiness & Channel Strategy practice. He Established Forrester's Marketing and strategy division and served as its Vice President of Asia Pacific based in Beijing, China. He led three of Forrester's global practices focused on eBusiness & Channel Strategy, Interactive Marketing and Consumer Product Strategy, as well as Forrester's global consulting practice focused on serving marketing and strategy professionals. Mr. Stockwell received his MBA degree Magna Cum Laude from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College and holds a BA from Hamilton College.

Mr. William J. Brady, Jr., also known as Bill, serves as Executive Chairman of Lux Research, Inc. Mr. Brady is an Executive and entrepreneur in the sustainable energy and advanced materials industries. He has successfully led large complex global organizations, and has created value in building emerging technology businesses. He serves as a Member at Clean Energy Venture Group. Most recently, Mr. Brady served as President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Mascoma Corporation, since 2010. Mr. Brady served as Executive Vice President of Cabot India Limited. Throughout his 23 years experience, Mr. Brady held numerous positions at Cabot in the United States and Japan, which he joined in 1986. Mr. Brady served as an Executive Vice President of Cabot Corporation from March 31, 2003 to September 14, 2009 and General Manager of Core Segment and the Americas Region from May 2008 to September 14, 2009. Mr. Brady served as General Manager, Cabot Fumed Metal Oxides at Cabot Corporation from June 2003 to May 2008 He served as General Manager of Carbon Black Business Group at Cabot Corporation from June 2003 to May 2008. Mr. Brady also oversees Cabot's Ink Jet Colorants business unit, Corporate New Business Development, and Logistics function. He served as General Manager of Special Blacks at Cabot Corporation from July 1996 to January 2000. He served as Vice President of Cabot Corp. from March 1997 to March 31, 2003. Under his leadership, the business completed significant expansions in China and Brazil, and executed a major global initiative in energy efficiency. In addition, he led the commercialization of two start-up businesses at Cabot in ink jet colorants and elastomer composites. Prior to joining Cabot, Mr. Brady was a Research Chemist with Sterling Drug Company. He serves as Chairman of the Advanced Ethanol Council. He has been the Chairman of Frontier Renewable Resources, LLC since February 2011 and serves as its Member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Brady serves as an Executive Chairman and Director of Monolith Materials, Inc. He has been Director of Mascoma Corporation since January, 2010. He has been a Director of Joule Unlimited, Inc. since May 24, 2016. Mr. Brady serves as a member of the Board of Directors at Hollingsworth & Vose. Mr. Brady serves as member of the Board of Trustees at the University of Scranton. He served as a Director of Cabot India Limited since June 2008. Mr. Brady served as a Director of Aearo Corp. He earned his M.B.A. from Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey and his B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Scranton in Pennsylvania.

Mr. Cort Isernhagen, MBA, serves as Managing Director of Asia-Pacific at Lux Research, Inc. Mr. Isernhagen served as the Vice President at IDC's Industry Insights at International Data Corporation. He was responsible for the overall management and research services of the financial, manufacturing, government, health, and energy industry sectors in Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East, and Africa. He led IDC Insights business units whose dedicated analyst teams provide guidance on industry-specific technology and business process issues facing corporate leaders in these industries. Prior to this role, he was Vice President of Marketing and Business Operations for IDC's Vertical Market business units and new ventures group. He spent 15 years with IDC. Mr. Isernhagen ensured that research products in each portfolio fit the needs of the target market, and assessed the market demand for new products. He managed the marketing groups for these businesses, established operational and financial objectives, and provided general management for all units in the portfolio. Mr. Isernhagen also held the position of Vice President for IDC's Interactive Products and Services. He was responsible for the development, communication, and implementation of an interactive products strategy for IDC. This included the delivery of research and information to customers and prospects via the Web, Lotus Notes, and Intranet products, management of IDC's company web sites, and technical customer support teams. At IDC, he has also previously held the post of Regional Marketing Director for IDC's Asia Pacific operations. Under his direction, the marketing and business development activities were coordinated for the first time through all countries in the region. Mr. Isernhagen launched IDC's regional events and conferences business in Asia Pacific where he created and branded several multi-country sponsored events. Prior to joining the firm, he also has held the position of General Manager and led online marketing consultants for the business solutions division of Chinadotcom, based in Singapore. He was also Associate Director at IDG Asia Pacific based in San Mateo, California. Mr. Isernhagen holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the American Graduate School of International Management, Thunderbird and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration majoring in International Business from Hawaii Pacific University.
