Mr. Michael J. DeMarco, also known as Mike, C.P.A, has been the Chief Executive Officer at Mack-Cali Realty Corporation since April 5, 2017 and served as its President and Chief Operating Officer from June 2015 to April 5, 2017. Mr. DeMarco is a veteran real estate investment professional with several years of industry experience. He served as a Managing Director at Fortress Investment Group LLC from 2007 to 2010. Mr. DeMarco served as Executive Vice President at Vornado Realty Trust from 2010 to 2013. He joined Cantor from Vornado, where he served as an Executive Vice President and a member of their executive management team. Prior to Fortress, Mr. DeMarco served as a Managing Director at Lehman Brothers Holdings, Inc from 1998 to 2007. He was employed at Lehman Brothers for fourteen years covering all aspects of the real estate industry. Mr. DeMarco held senior positions at Credit Suisse First Boston and Arthur Andersen LLP. From his career in real estate investment banking and commercial finance, he has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate finance and real estate mergers and acquisitions and possesses a very deep knowledge and understanding of real estate capital markets, such as the CMBS market, as well transactions and valuations. Mr. DeMarco has several years of experience in real estate. His clients included General Growth Properties, Douglas Emmett, Macerich, Simon, Capital Automotive, Crescent and U Store IT. While at Lehman Brothers Holdings, Inc., he covered Fortress as a banker and was involved in Brookdale's IPO and advised on the purchase of Intrawest. Mr. DeMarco has been a Trustee of Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust since 2015. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. DeMarco holds an MBA in Economics from the University of Chicago and a BBA from Pace University.

Mr. Robert Andrew Marshall has been the President of Roseland and Chief Operating Officer of Roseland at Mack-Cali Realty Corp. since February 2016. Mr. Marshall is responsible for directing the day-to-day operations of Roseland and oversees all of Roseland's multi-family and mixed use development activities. Mr. Marshall serves as Executive Vice President of Development at Roseland Property Company, Inc. He previously served in various capacities at Roseland since 2003, including as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Development. Prior to joining Roseland, he was a senior manager for Ernst & Young's Real Estate Consulting Group from 1999 to 2003 where he specialized in enhancing operational efficiencies for various large developers around the country. Mr. Marshall is a licensed architect and from 1991 to 1999 practiced architecture for various California-based firms prior to joining Ernst & Young. Mr. Marshall holds a B.A. in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley and is a public member of the New Jersey Redevelopment Authority.

Mr. Ricardo Cardoso serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer at Mack-Cali Realty Corp. Mr.????? Cardoso has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Iona College.

Mr. Anthony Krug, also known as Tony, CPA has been the Chief Financial Officer at Mack-Cali Realty Corporation since May 30, 2014 and served as its Chief Accounting Officer from October 2012 to May 2014. Mr. Krug is responsible for firm's strategic financial planning and forecasting, financial accounting, reporting and compliance, capital markets activities, investor relations and information technology systems. Previously, he served as the Acting Chief Financial Officer at the firm from March 31, 2014 to May 30, 2014 and served as its Senior Vice President of Finance from 2001 to 2012, its Vice President of Finance and Controller. Mr. Krug was responsible for corporate consolidation and financial accounting matters, as well as financial compliance, accounting integration of mergers and acquisitions, cash management and the financial reporting requirements of the Company. Prior to joining the firm, he held positions with Cali Associates and Cali Realty Corporation, predecessor companies of Mack-Cali. Mr. Krug is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA). He is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Krug holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Stockton University.

Mr. Christopher Delorenzo has been an Executive Vice President of Leasing at Mack-Cali Realty Corp. since September, 2015. Mr. Delorenzo is responsible for the leasing efforts of Mack-Cali Realty Corp. He holds Bachelor of Science in Operations Management from Syracuse University.

Mr. Daniel J. Wagner serves as Senior Vice President and Senior Associate General Counsel at Mack-Cali Realty Corp. Mr. Wagner serves as Assistant Secretary of Mack-Cali Realty Corporation, General Partner of Mack Cali Realty LP. Mr. Wagner joined Mack-Cali in 1998. Mr. Wagner is responsible for a broad range of Mack-Cali's legal activities, including sales, acquisitions, and financings. Prior to joining the Mack-Cali Realty Corp., Mr. Wagner held the position of counsel, commercial real estate department, for Herrick, Feinstein LLP. In 1985, Mr. Wagner clerked for Gary S. Stein, associate justice of the New Jersey Supreme Court. Mr. Wagner received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, magna cum laude, from Columbia University, and his Juris Doctor from Cornell Law School, where he served on the Cornell Law Review.

Mr. Jeffrey Warner serves as Senior Vice President of Leasing at Mack-Cali Realty Corp. Mr. Warner joined the Robert Martin Company in 1989. Mr. Warner is responsible for Mack-Cali's leasing efforts for Westchester County, New York; Fairfield County, Connecticut; Southern New Jersey and Passaic County, New Jersey. He serves as a Member of NAIOP. Mr. Warner received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Providence College.

Mr. William P. Fitzpatrick serves as Senior Vice President of Finance at Mack-Cali Realty Corporation. Mr. Fitzpatrick is responsible for Mack-Cali's treasury functions, banking relationships and financial projections. He served as Vice President of Treasury at Mack-Cali Realty Corporation. He started with Mack-Cali as Director of Finance in 1998. Mr. Fitzpatrick was a Credit Analyst at S&P Global Ratings Inc. Previously, He served as the Associate Director of Real Estate Finance at Standard & Poor's Corporation and as Vice President of Asset Management at Prudential Realty Group. Mr. Fitzpatrick is a Fellow Life Management Institute (FLMI). He has gained certifications as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Real Property Administrator (RPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC). Mr. Fitzpatrick received a Master of Science degree in Applied Economics and a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey.

Mr. Anthony P. Decaro, Jr., serves as Senior Vice President of Property Management for Central Region at Mack-Cali Realty Corp. Mr. DeCaro joined Cali Associates and Cali Realty Corporation, predecessor companies of Mack-Cali, in 1980. He is responsible for the property management of Mack-Cali's assets in central New Jersey. He was employed by Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co. He serves as a Member of both the New Jersey and New York State Societies of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. DeCaro is a Certified Public Accountant and received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the State University of New York at Albany.

Mr. Dean Cingolani serves as a Senior Vice President of Property Management'Northern Region at Mack-Cali Realty Corp. and served as its First Vice President of Property Management - Northern Region. Mr. Cingolani is responsible for all of Mack-Cali's property management and tenant improvement operations consisting of 12.8 million square feet of class A office and flex space in Bergen, Essex, and Passaic counties in New Jersey; Rockland and Westchester counties in New York; and Fairfield County, Connecticut. Mr. Cingolani began his career with the Robert Martin Company, predecessor company to Mack-Cali, in 1988, and served in the position of director of technical services. During his tenure with Mack-Cali, he has held the positions of director of operations, senior director of property management, and vice president of property management. Mr. Cingolani held the positions of chief engineer for Cushman & Wakefield in Norwalk, Connecticut, and for the Marriott Corporation and Colin Services in Westchester County, New York. He is a current member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of Westchester, New York, and has served on its board of directors. He holds his Journeyman's License for Heating and Cooling in Connecticut, and is a graduate of TCI of New Haven, Connecticut.
