Mr. Kelly W. George has been the President of Mackinac Financial Corporation since November 2006. Mr. George has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of mbank (Manistique,MI), a subsidiary of Mackinac Financial Corp. since August 2005 and November 2006, respectively. He serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of North Country Bank and Trust. He served as Chief Lending Officer of Mackinac Financial Corp. (Formerly North Country Financial Corp.) and Chief Lending Officer of North Country Bank and Trust since September 2003. He served as the Chief Lending Officer and Senior Vice President of CSB BanCorp. Inc. since 2001. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of mBank, Inc. He served as Executive Vice President of North Country Bank and Trust since September 2003 and served as Senior Vice President since September 2003. He served as Senior Vice President of Mackinac Financial Corp. since September 2003. Mr. George served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Lending Officer of The Commercial and Savings Bank of Millersburg, Ohio from July 2001 to May 2003. He was responsible for the day to day management of the bank, regulatory oversight and oversees all lending functions of it. Mr. George also served as Vice President and Commercial Lender of The Commercial and Savings Bank from May 2000 through July 2001. Prior to employment at The Commercial and Savings Bank of Millersburg, Ohio, Mr. George held the position of Bank Examiner-in-Charge at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland from July 1997 to May 2000. He has been a Director at Mackinac Financial Corp. since 2006. He has been a Director of mbank since 2006.

Ms. Jennifer A. Stempki, also known as Jen, has been a Senior Vice President at mBank since December 2015. Ms. Stempki served as a Vice President of Manistique and Controller of Manistique at mBank, a subsidiary of Mackinac Financial Corp., and served as its Assistant Controller.

Mr. Jesse A. Deering has been Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Mackinac Financial Corporation and mBank since August 1, 2016. Mr. Deering served as Managing Director of Retail Branch Banking, Marketing & Special Capital Projects and Senior Vice President of mBank until August 1, 2016. Mr. Deering served as Managing Director of Retail Branch Banking & Marketing for Birmingham at mBank. He served as Managing Director of Retail Branch Banking Marketing & Information Technology of Birmingham at Mbank. Mr. Deering joined mBank in 2005 and has over 10 years of banking experience. He is responsible for oversight of mBank's retail branch banking, Operations Department and IT Department. Additionally, he leads strategic planning efforts for Senior Management and is involved in various intercompany initiatives including M&A activities and special projects. Mr. Deering serves as Senior Vice President and SME Executive of mBank, a subsidiary of Mackinac Financial Corp. and served as its First Vice President. He holds an undergraduate degree from Albion College and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.

Mr. Jeremy W. Flodin has been a Senior Vice President of mBank since December 2015. Mr. Flodin served as a Vice President and Senior Credit Admin/Credit Risk Analyst of mBank, a subsidiary of Mackinac Financial Corp. Mr. Flodin served as Assistant Vice President of mBank.

Mr. Andrew P. Sabatine, also known as Andy, serves as a Regional President of Northern Lower Michigan for Traverse City at mBank, a subsidiary of Mackinac Financial Corp. and served as its Senior Vice President and Commercial Lender. Mr. Sabatine served as Regional President of Northern Lower Peninsula at Mackinac Financial Corp. He is a graduate of Lake Superior State University.
