Mr. Yaniv Shachar has been General Manager of Magal Israel at Magal Security Systems Ltd. sincce January 12, 2017 and serves as its Senior Vice President. Mr. Shachar served as Vice President of Projects and Operations at Magal Security Systems Ltd until January 12, 2017. and served as its Chief Operations Officer since June 2015. Mr. Shachar joined Magal in June 2015. Prior to Magal, he worked for five and a half years in Logic Industries Ltd. (a daughter company of AGT International) as Project, program and Division Manager, leading large-scale homeland security projects and operations in the Middle East. Prior to Logic, he served 17 years in the Israeli Navy, holding a number of senior combat command positions. Mr. Shachar is a graduate of the exclusive MBA program of the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and holds a BA in Economics and Communications from Haifa University.

Mr. Gillon Beck has been the Executive Chairman of Magal Security Systems Ltd. since September 2014. Mr. Beck has been a Senior Partner at First Israel Mezzanine Investors Ltd., FIMI V, FIMI Opportunity II, L.P. and FIMI Opportunity Fund I, L.P since 2013. From 1999 to 2003, Mr. Beck served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Arad Ltd. and from 1995 to 1999, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Arad Ltd. His experience includes management positions in and strategic consulting to various industrial companies. In addition, Mr. Beck serves as Chairman of the Board of Rivulis Irrigation, Overseas Commerce Ltd. and Inrom Industries, Ltd. and H.R. Givon Ltd. He has been Chairman of the Board of Ham-Let (Israel-Canada) Ltd since August 15, 2012. He served as the Chairman and Director of Medtechnica Ltd. He served as the Chairman of Ormat Technologies Inc. from May 22, 2012 to June 30, 2014. He served as the Chairman of the Board of Ormat Technologies Inc. from November 17, 2015 to July 26, 2017 and its Independent Director from May 22, 2012 to July 26, 2017. He serves as a Director of Ham-Let (Israel-Canada) Ltd. He has been a Director of Unitronics (1989)(RG) LTD. since May 18, 2016 and Inrom Construction Industries Ltd. since January 2014. He serves as a Director of MDT Micro Diamond Technologies Ltd. Mr. Beck serves as a Director of the FIMI Opportunity Funds??? General Partners and SPV companies. He also serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of Rivulis Plastro Ltd., Alony Marble Ltd., Oxygen & Argon Works Ltd., Ytong Industries Ltd, Nirlat Paints, Ltd. and Alony Ltd. Mr. Beck served as a Director of Retalix Ltd. since March 2008. He served as a Director of Formula Systems, TANA Industries, Schneider Group and Metro Motor. He served as a Director of Limco-Piedmont, Inc. from September 2004 to January 2007. He served as a Director of Tefron Ltd. since 2007. He served as a Director of Ormat Industries Ltd. He served as a Director of TAT Technologies, Ltd. since September 01, 2004. During the past five years, he formerly served as a member of the Board of Directors of the following public companies: Merhav Ceramic and Building Materials Center, Ltd., Tedea, Ltd. He served as a Director at Orian Sh.M. Ltd. (alternate name: Orian C.M. Ltd.) and Gamatronic Electronic Industries, Ltd. Mr. Beck received a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Technion ??? Israel Institute of Technology in 1990 and a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from Bar-Ilan University in 1992.

Mr. Yaacov Vinokur has been Chief Financial Officer of Magal Security Systems Ltd. since September 2016. Mr. Vinokur joined Magal following a successful career in finance leadership roles at various global organizations. Mr. Vinokur previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Miya (Arison Group) for three years. Prior to that, Mr. Vinokur served in several key leadership positions at Brink's Company (NYSE: BCO), including Chief Financial Officer of Developing Markets division, Director of Procurement for EMEA division and Director of Finance for Global Services division. Prior to his career with Brink's, Mr. Vinokur served as an Executive Director at Shapira Films, as well as a Head of Treasury at the Ministry of Defence of Israel. In 2016, the Israeli CFO Forum honored, Mr. Vinokur with its annual CFO Excellence award. Mr. Vinokur is a Certified Public Accountant in the United States and Israel. He holds a B.A. degree in Accounting and Economics (magna cum laude) from Haifa University and a M.B.A. degree (cum laude) from Tel Aviv University. Mr. Vinokur is also a graduate of Harvard Business School's Leadership Development Program.

Mr. Doron Kerbel has been a Vice President, General Counsel and Company Secretary at Magal Security Systems Ltd. since July 2015. Mr. Kerbel served for more than eight years as Legal Counsel at Elbit Systems Ltd. Aerospace Division prior to joining Magal. Mr. Kerbel has extensive experience in advising on variety of commercial legal issues, M&A as well as PFI and BOM projects, both locally and internationally. Prior to his work in Elbit Systems, he worked as an Associate Lawyer in M.Firon & Co. and as Senior Legal Counsel for International Law ' at the Israeli Embassy to the Netherlands. Mr. Kerbel holds a LL.B. degree from the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) Herzliya and a LL.M. degree (with distinction) from the International Law School, University of Amsterdam.
