Mr. David L. Magdol has been Vice Chairman since Nov. 2015, the Chief Investment Officer and the Senior Managing Director since August 03, 2011 at Main Street Capital Corporation. Mr. Magdol served as a Senior Vice President of Main Street Capital Corporation from 2007 to August 3, 2011 and served as its Managing Director from 2011 to August 3, 2011. Since 2002, he served as a Managing Director and in other executive positions of several Main Street predecessor funds and entities. In addition to this, Mr. Magdol also serves as a Managing Director at Main Street Capital Partners, LLC and Main Street Mezzanine Management, LLC, since 2002. He joined Main Street Capital Corporation on January 1, 2002. Prior to this, Mr. Magdol was employed in various areas of investment banking, private equity and commercial banking over the prior 14 years. He was a Vice President in the Mergers and Acquisition Advisory and Investment Banking Group at Lazard Freres & Co. LLC from 2000 to 2002. While at the firm, Mr. Magdol's primary responsibilities included new business development and execution of merger and acquisition transactions on behalf of the clients. Prior to joining Lazard Freres & Co. LLC, from 1996 to 2000, he was a Vice President at McMullen Group. His responsibilities encompassed all aspects of managing a portfolio of private equity investments, including identifying new investment opportunities, negotiating acquisitions/dispositions of portfolio companies and overseeing the operations of portfolio companies in which the group maintained a majority interest. While with McMullen Group, Mr. Magdol held Officer, Director or Advisory-level positions with businesses in several industries including: media, shipping, real estate, professional sports and automotive retailing. Prior to joining McMullen Group, from 1993 to 1996, he served as a Management Associate in the Structured Finance Services Group at Chemical Bank (now JPMorgan Chase). While in the Structured Finance Services Group he helped develop and market products to service asset-backed instruments. Mr. Magdol began his tenure at Chemical by completing the Bank's Credit Analyst Program. He serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of KIPP Houston. Mr. Magdol is actively involved as a Member of the Board of Directors and in advisory roles at several companies. He serves as a Member of Board of Advisors at Riker Capital, where he is a part of the advisory council. Mr. Magdol was a Director at Hayden Acquisition, LLC and Advantage Millwork Company, Inc. He has also been a frequent guest lecturer at Columbia Law School discussing management buyouts. Mr. Magdol graduated from Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, New York with a B.A. degree in Sociology and a concentration in Business Administration.

Mr. Brent D. Smith, CPA, has been the Chief Financial Officer and the Treasurer of Main Street Capital Corporation since November 2014. Mr. Smith served as a Senior Vice President of Finance at Main Street Capital Corporation from August 2014 to November 2014. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Cal Dive International Inc from August 25, 2010 to June 13, 2014, as its Executive Vice President and Treasurer since August 25, 2010 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Smith served as a Director of Finance & Investor Relations at Cal Dive International Inc and also served as its Vice President of Finance. During this time, he has led the finance, treasury and investor relations efforts for Cal Dive International Inc., including the recent amendment to the Cal Dive International Inc.'s credit facility. Mr. Smith worked in various finance and accounting roles at Cal Dive from 2005 to 2010. Prior to joining Cal Dive, he was a Manager with FTI Consulting. Prior to that, Mr. Smith served as a Senior Auditor at Arthur Andersen LLP. From January 2005 to February 2007, he served as an Assistant Controller for Helix Energy Solutions Group, Inc., specializing in the area of operational finance and accounting. He began his career in public accounting. Mr. Smith has 12 years of experience in the area of finance and accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Texas. Mr. Smith has a Master of Science and Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University.

Mr. Curtis L. Hartman, CPA, has been the Chief Credit Officer at Main Street Capital Corporation since August 3, 2011 and its President of Asset Management since 2015 also Senior Managing Director since 2011. Mr. Hartman has been Vice Chairman of Main Street Capital Corporation since November 2015. He served as a Senior Vice President of Main Street Capital Corporation from 2007 to August 3, 2011 and served as a Managing Director from 2011 to August 3, 2011. Since 2000, he served as a Managing Director and in other executive positions of several Main Street predecessor funds and entities. Mr. Hartman currently serves as an Executive Officer of the Small Business Investor Alliance (SBIA) and has been a member of SBIA's Board of Governors since 2011 where he previously chaired the BDC Committee. He joined Main Street Capital Corporation on January 1, 2002. Mr. Hartman has been the Southern Regional President at National Association of Small Business Investment Companies since October 14, 2013. From 1999 to 2000, he served as an Investment Advisor and Director at Sterling City Capital, LLC, where he was involved in evaluating and executing investment opportunities. Concurrently with joining Sterling City, Mr. Hartman became the Head of Corporate Development at United Glass Corporation, principally focused on merger, acquisition and corporate finance activities. Prior to joining Sterling City, he served as a Manager in its mergers and acquisitions/Transaction Services group at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. While at the firm, Mr. Hartman advised public and private clients in over 35 financial transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, joint ventures and private debt offerings. Prior to this, he was a Senior Auditor at Deloitte & Touche LLP in its Financial Assurance Group. Mr. Hartman is actively involved as a Member of the Board of Directors and in advisory roles at several of companies. He served as a Director of OnAsset Intelligence, Inc. since April 2011. Mr. Hartman served as a Director of Avail Consulting, LLC and SYNEO, LLC. He was a Member of Corporate Finance at FabTech Industries, Inc. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Hartman is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

Mr. Dwayne Louis Hyzak, CPA, has been the President and Chief Operating Officer at Main Street Capital Corporation since November 2015 and November 2014 respectively. Mr. Hyzak has been Senior Managing Director at Main Street Capital Corporation since 2014. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Main Street Capital Corporation from August 3, 2011 to November 2014 and its Treasurer from June 2012 to November 2014. He served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Managing Director of Main Street Capital Corporation from 2011 to August 3, 2011. Mr. Hyzak served as a Senior Vice President of Main Street Capital Corporation since 2007. From 2002, he has served as a Managing Director and in other executive positions of several Main Street predecessor funds and entities. He joined Main Street Capital Corporation on January 1, 2002. He served as a Senior Managing Director at Main Street Capital Corporation since August 03, 2011. He was a co-founder of Main Street Capital Corporation. As a Director of the acquisition program at Quanta, he was responsible for the evaluation of numerous acquisition opportunities and was directly involved in the successful completion of 12 acquisitions representing approximately $190 million of revenues. He was also involved in the evaluation and completion of several other strategic investments and decisions including several project finance transactions, joint venture investments, strategic customer relationships and contracts and strategic opportunities to dispose of non-core assets. Mr. Hyzak also served as the Chief Financial Officer at a Quanta operating subsidiary on an interim basis and was responsible for directing the restructuring of the operating subsidiary. Prior to joining Quanta, he was a Manager in the Transaction Advisory Services Group at Arthur Andersen LLP. He joined Arthur Andersen LLP in 1995 and assisted with several industry consolidation initiatives and numerous corporate finance mergers and acquisition initiatives. As a Manager at Arthur Andersen LLP, Mr. Hyzak assisted with the formal establishment of the Transaction Advisory Services Group in the firm's Houston office and assisted numerous clients with industry consolidation efforts, strategic acquisitions, disposals of non-core operating units and corporate finance activities. During his career at Arthur Andersen LLP, Mr. Hyzak provided services in more than 30 financial transactions involving a wide range of public and private clients, including IPO transactions, private placements, secondary offerings, mergers and acquisitions and dispositions. He has been a Director of Volusion, Inc. since January 2015. He serves as a Director at NTS Holdings, Inc. He is actively involved as a Director and in advisory roles at several companies. He served as a Director at KBK Industries, LLC. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Hyzak is a graduate of Southwest Texas State University with a degree in Accounting.
