Mr. Chris M. Harrison serves as Chief Consumer Banking Officer at Mainsource Financial Group and served as its Senior Vice President of Branch Administration.

Ms. Karen Ball Woods, J.D. has been the Chief Risk Officer, Executive Vice President and Corporate Counsel at MainSource Financial Group, Inc. since January 04, 2016. Ms. Woods served as a Partner at Krieg DeVault LLP until 2015. Ms. Woods was Partner at Henderson Daily Withrow & DeVoe. HMs. Woods focused her practice on bank regulatory matters, securities, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. She assisted a wide variety of businesses with their corporate legal needs, including financing and securities matters and assisting entrepreneurs in forming businesses. Ms. Woods also assisted clients in various corporate and regulatory matters. From 2000 to 2001 she was an Adjunct Professor at IUPUI School of Environmental and Public Affairs and from 1995 to 1997 she was a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable John G. Baker at Indiana Court of Appeals. Ms. Woods is admitted to practice in the Bar of Indiana since 1995. She is a member of Indianapolis Bar Association in the Business Law and Young Lawyers Sections, a member of Indiana State Bar Association in the Business Law and Young Lawyers Sections and a member of American Bar Association in the Business Law and Health Law Sections and Young Lawyers Division. Ms. Woods is the Past President & Board Member of Community Development Law Center. She attended various seminars and taught many classes including Health Law in Indiana: The Legal Implications of Health Care Delivery Systems and Managed Care, NBI in 2004 and Indiana Academy of Ophthalmology Annual Meeting and Scientific Seminar from 2002 to 2005. Ms. Woods has been a practicing attorney for more than 20 years. Ms. Woods honors and awards include Indianapolis Bar Association Leader Series II and outstanding graduate student in Masters in Health Administration Program in 1995. She received a B.A. Political Science and Government from University of Michigan in 1990, a M.H.A. from Indiana University in 1995 and a J.D., summa cum laude, from Indiana University School of Law, Bloomington, Indiana in 1995.

Mr. James Michael Anderson, also known as Jamie, has been the Chief Financial Officer of Mainsource Financial Group since January 4, 2006 and serves its Executive Vice President. Mr. Anderson served as Secretary of Mainsource Financial Group since January 4, 2006. Mr. Anderson served as Principal Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of Mainsource Financial Group. He has been employed with MainSource for over five years. He has more than 13 years of corporate finance, strategic planning and management experience. Mr. Anderson served as Administrative Vice President at Mainsource Financial Group from March 1, 2005 to January 4, 2006, Principal Accounting Officer from March 1, 2002 to January 4, 2006, Controller from September 1, 2000 to January 4, 2006 and also served as its Administrative Vice President. Mr. Anderson assumed the responsibility of overseeing its accounting, budgeting, profit planning and SEC reporting functions, as well as providing interest rate management and investment strategy. He was employed by MainSource since September 2000 and served as its Corporate Controller until June 2003. Mr. Anderson worked for Hill-Rom Company, Inc. as a Financial Analyst where he, among other duties, assisted in the development of annual business plans and reviewed strategic investment proposals. In addition, he served as Accounting Supervisor and Senior Financial Analyst for Mergers and Acquisitions for Sun Healthcare Group, Inc. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Anderson received his Bachelor's Degree from Hanover College in Hanover, Indiana.
