Mr. Edward Woodward, also known as Ed, serves as Executive Vice Chairman of Manchester United plc and Manchester United Limited (UK). Mr. Woodward served as a Senior Investment Banker within J.P. Morgan's international mergers and acquisitions team from 1999 to 2005. He served as the Principal Financial Officer/Chief Financial Officer of Manchester United plc. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Mr. Woodward worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Accounting and Tax Advisory department from 1993 to 1999. He also chairs the ECA Marketing and Communications Working Group. He has been a Director of Manchester United plc since April 30, 2012 and Manchester United Limited (UK) since February 2008. He serves as a Director of Manchester United Merchandising Limited and MUTV Limited. In 2015, he was elected to the Board of Directors of the European Clubs Association (ECA). Mr. Woodward represents the Club at meetings of the English Premier League's shareholders. He oversees the strategy and planning for the football club, including the world-renowned Academy for young players and the development of world class training facilities at the Aon Training Complex. On joining the club in 2005 he initially managed the capital structure of the group and advised on the overall financial business plan. In 2007 he assumed responsibility for the commercial and media operations and developed and implemented a new overall commercial strategy for the Club. Mr. Woodward received a Bachelor of Science degree in physics from Bristol University in 1993 and qualified for his Chartered Accountancy in 1996.

Mr. Joel M. Glazer has been Executive Co-Chairman of Manchester United plc (alternate name, Manchester United Limited) since June 6, 2005 and also serves as its Principal Executive Officer. Mr. Glazer has been an Executive Vice President of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers of the NFL since 1995 and serves as its Co-Chairman. He has extensive sports management experience. He served as Vice President of First Allied Corporation since 1989, a US real estate investment company. Mr. Glazer has been Co-Chairman of Buccaneers Limited Partnership since 2009. He has been a Director of Houlihan's Restaurants, Inc. (alternate name, Houlihan's Restaurant Group, Inc.) since September 16, 1992. He serves as a Director of the Buccaneers Limited Partnership. He serves as a Director of Red Football Limited. He holds Bachelor's degree in interdisciplinary studies from American University in 1989.

Mr. Avram A. Glazer, also known as Avie, serves as Executive Co-Chairman of Manchester United plc (alternate name, Manchester United Limited). Mr. Glazer served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of HRG Group, Inc. (Alternate name, Harbinger Group Inc. and Zapata Corporation) from March 1995 to July 2009 and Chairman of the Board from March 1, 2002 to July 2009. Mr. Glazer served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of NZCH Corporation (alternate name, Zap.com Corporation) from April 1998 to July 2009. Mr. Glazer served as Vice President of First Allied Corporation from 1985 to 1995. He has been a Director of Manchester United plc since June 6, 2005. He serves as a Director of Red Football Limited. He has been a Director of Houlihan's Restaurants, Inc. (alternate name, Houlihan's Restaurant Group Inc.) since September 16, 1992.
