There is a "boys club" feel to Marco that has carried w/it's reputation over the years. NICE people, however; next to no interaction with anybody and no training on the multiple systems.
The culture is dependent upon the manager within that particular region. The COO is dynamite, wish that he was in market more to help the leadership team and communication to the front line.
