It's a fair amount of money

I am paid under the average for my position. A raise.
Compensation is good for managed services but very little support for any front end lead support / lead generation.
We do a good job of listening
They are friendly and go-getters.
There is a "boys club" feel to Marco that has carried w/it's reputation over the years. NICE people, however; next to no interaction with anybody and no training on the multiple systems.
Everyone is treated fairly and good
The culture is dependent upon the manager within that particular region. The COO is dynamite, wish that he was in market more to help the leadership team and communication to the front line.
Some people should stop whining all of the time.
