What do you like best about the leadership team?
It's good and fun times
They are easy to talk to and open to suggestions.
Good public facing team, however; very little day to day or interaction with the revenue producers in outlying markets

What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's a fair amount of money
Benefit and we'll production with in the job with good compensation
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am paid under the average for my position. A raise.
Compensation is good for managed services but very little support for any front end lead support / lead generation.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We do a good job of listening
They are friendly and go-getters.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is a "boys club" feel to Marco that has carried w/it's reputation over the years. NICE people, however; next to no interaction with anybody and no training on the multiple systems.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is treated fairly and good
The culture is dependent upon the manager within that particular region. The COO is dynamite, wish that he was in market more to help the leadership team and communication to the front line.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Some people should stop whining all of the time.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They treat you real good and nice
I gained a lot of information during the interview process.
The process was quick and transparent.

Every one is fun and out going
I like editing text and contracts.
When a deal closes and we are paid. That's both good and bad.
