Ms. Linda V. Moore has been the Chief Compliance Officer, General Counsel and Secretary of Marrone Bio Innovations, Inc. since March 19, 2014 and has been its Executive Vice President since November 6, 2017. Mr. Moore served as Senior Vice President of Marrone Bio Innovations, Inc. since December 2015 until November 6, 2017. Ms. Moore served as General Counsel and Secretary of Merix Corp. from April 2007 to April 7, 2009. Ms. Moore served as Vice President of Marrone Bio Innovations, Inc. from March 2014 to December 2015. She served as Executive Vice President of Global HR at Merix Corp., from April 2007 to April 7, 2009. Ms. Moore co-founded The Moore Group, where she served as principal from 2005 to 2007, during which time she also served as chief operating officer and general counsel of Mobius Photonics, and 2009 to 2014. She served as Executive Vice President of Global Human Resources, Secretary and General Counsel at Viasystems Corporation from April 2007 to April 07, 2009. Ms. Moore served as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of Mobius Photonics from 2006 to 2007. She founded Moore Group in 2005. From January 2004 to May 2005, she served in executive positions with Solectron Corporation. She joined Phoenix Technologies Ltd., in November 1999, where she served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary from November 1999 to November 2003, Prior to Phoenix Technologies Ltd., Ms. Moore served as Vice President and General Counsel of Appiant Technologies, Inc., from 1998 to 1999. From 1989 to 1998, she served as General Counsel and Secretary of Jabil Circuit, Inc. She also served as a Consultant to Internet start-ups and has six years of experience in equipment leasing. Ms. Moore received a B.A. degree from the University of Michigan, an MA from Eastern Michigan University and a JD from Detroit College of Law at Michigan State University.

Dr. Amit Vasavada, Ph.D., is Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer March 16, 2017. Dr. Vasavada had been Vice President of Research and Development at Marrone Bio Innovations, Inc. since March 2014. Dr. Vasavada served as Vice President of Technology Development at Marrone Bio Innovations, Inc. from March 2014 to September 21, 2015. Dr. Vasavada has 30 years of experience in industrial bioproducts, fermentation R&D and manufacturing, process engineering and technology transfer to MBI. His broad commercial background includes positions with General Atomics, Vical Inc., Diversa Corporation, Monsanto (CP Kelco), and Chiron Corp. Dr. Vasavada is a co-inventor on three patents and is a frequent invited speaker at professional scientific society meetings. Since 2006, Dr. Vasavada has served on the scientific advisory board of Vaxiion Therapeutics and from 2008 to 2014 served as scientific advisor to NewCos, an applied microbiology and algae-based technology development company. Dr. Vasavada earned a B.S. in microbiology from Gujarat University, an M.S. in microbiology from University of Louisiana and a Ph.D. in applied microbiology from University of California, Davis.

Mr. James B. Boyd, also known as Jim, has been the Chief Financial Officer of Marrone Bio Innovations, Inc. since February 26, 2014 and has been its President since August 15, 2017. Mr. Boyd served as Assistant Secretary of Marrone Bio Innovations, Inc. since March 5, 2014 until August 15, 2017. Mr. Boyd served as Senior Vice President of Marrone Bio Innovations, Inc. since December 2015 until August 15, 2017 and served as its Vice President from February 26, 2014 to December 2015. He served as Chief Financial Officer of SK hynix memory solutions Inc. (Alternate Name: Link_A_Media Devices Corporation) since March 2011. Mr. Boyd served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Pericom Semiconductor Corp. from January 7, 2014 to April 2014. Mr. Boyd served as Chief Financial Officer of Quantenna Communications, Inc. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Link_A_ Media Devices Corporation since March 2011 and served as its Treasurer. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Silicon Storage Technology Inc. since June 20, 2007 for three years. He served as the Chief Accounting Officer and Controller of GateField Corporation since April 1998. Prior to joining ESS, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Gatefield Corporation since March 17, 2000. From February 1998 to April 1998, Mr. Boyd served as a Consultant with various companies for Re: Sources, an accounting agency. From August 1997 to January 1998, he served as Chief Financial Officer of AirMedia, Inc. from March 1996 until August 1997, he was Corporate Controller at Farallon Communications. He joined Scottish Hydro-Electric (now Scottish and Southern Energy) as the IT development manager within the Information Services division in 1984. From March 1996 to August 1997, he was Controller of Netopia Communications, Inc. From December 1992 to March 1996, he was an independent Consultant working for several technology companies. He held senior management positions with Fritz Companies, GTE Sprint Communications and Southern Pacific Companies. He served as business systems manager for power systems since 1996 and was responsible for all IS and IT investment, focusing on business change management, programme management and strategic project delivery. He served as a Director of Vision Consulting from 1995 to 1998. Mr. Boyd studied B.S.
