Mr. Ruben S. Martin, III serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Martin Resource Management Corporation, an affiliate of Cross Oil Refining & Marketing, Inc. Mr. Martin has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Martin Midstream GP LLC, the General Partner of Martin Midstream Partners LP since June 2002. He has been Director of Martin Midstream GP LLC since June 2002. He served as the President of CF Martin Sulphur LLC since 2000. Mr. Martin holds a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Industrial Management from the University of Arkansas.

Mr. Scot A. Shoup has been Senior Vice President of Operations of Martin Resource Management Corp. since May 2, 2011. Mr. Shoup served as Senior Vice President of Operations of Martin Midstream Partners LP since May 2, 2011. Mr. Shoup served as Executive Vice President and General Manager for a privately-held company focused on industrial equipment repair, specialty machining and field mechanical work. Prior to that, Mr. Shoup was employed by Koch Industries, Inc. as Executive Vice President of the Sulfur Products division and in various other capacities focusing on liquid and dry bulk transportation and storage, processing and trading of petroleum related products. Mr. Shoup's expertise transcends many of the products and commodities handled by the Companies including refined petroleum products, asphalt and asphalt materials, sulfur and sulfuric acid.

Mr. Robert D. Bondurant serves as the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Treasurer of Martin Operating Partnership L.P. Mr. Bondurant has been the Chief Financial Officer of Martin Midstream GP LLC - General Partner of Martin Midstream Partners LP since June, 2002 and has been its Executive Vice since June, 2002. He has been a Chief Financial Officer of Martin Resource Management of Martin Midstream Partners LP since 1990. He has been the Chief Financial Officer at Martin Resource Management Corporation since 1990 and serves as its Executive Vice President. He serves as Executive Vice President of Martin Midstream GP LLC of Martin Transport, Inc. Mr. Bondurant serves as a Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Martin Midstream Finance Corp. He served as Controller of Martin Resource Management Corporation. Mr. Chris H. Booth serves as Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel at Martin Resource Management Corporation. Mr. Booth serves as an Executive Vice President of Martin Midstream GP LLC-General Partner of Martin Midstream Partners LP. He has been General Counsel of Martin Midstream GP LLC-General Partner of Martin Midstream Partners LP since February 2006. He serves as Chief Legal Officer of Martin Midstream GP LLC-General Partner of Martin Midstream Partners LP. Mr. Joe McCreery serves as the Head of Investor Relations and Vice President of Finance of Martin Midstream Partners LP. Mr. McCreery joined the partnership in February 2009 after a distinguished career in energy corporate finance specializing on master limited partnerships, project financing and oil field services. He served as director of corporate energy at the investment banking firm, SunTrust Robinson Humphrey in Atlanta, Georgia. Prior to that, he served as vice president of Debt Capital Markets, specializing in loan structure and syndication at ABN AMRO North America. Mr. McCreery holds a BBA in economics from the University of Miami in the Honors Program.

Mr. T. Damon King is the Chief Operating Officer at Martin Energy Services LLC. Mr. King serves as Senior Vice President of Shore Bases at Martin Midstream Partners LP. Mr. King has served in various roles since its acquisition of Tesoro Marine Services in 2003. He served in various capacities with Tesoro affiliates for over 20 years and has been in the energy industry for over 30 years.
