Mr. Frederick J. Lynch, also known as Fred, has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Masonite Corporation since May 2007 and July 2006 respectively. He began his career as a Chemical Engineer at Honeywell. He served as the General Manager of High Purity Chemicals of AlliedSignal Specialty Chemicals from 1997 to 1999. He has been a Director of Ingevity Corporation since May 16, 2016. He serves as a Director of Masonite Worldwide Holdings Inc. He has been a Director of Masonite International Corporation since June 2009. He served as a Director of Masonite Africa Ltd. since October 1, 2008 until December 2010. He holds a Bachelor's Degree with Chemical Engineering from Villanova University and an MBA with Finance from Temple University.

Mr. Robert Edgar Lewis, BS Accounting, Juris Doctorate, has been Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Masonite International Corporation since April 2012. Mr. Lewis is a co-owner at Katherine and Robert Edgar Lewis Trust. Mr. Lewis served as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Gerdau Ameristeel Corporation and Gusap Partners from January 31, 2005 to May 2012. He served as Senior Vice President of Masonite Worldwide Holdings Inc. since April 2012. He served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Eckerd Corporation from August 1994 to January 2005. Prior to August 1994, he served as an attorney with the Tampa law firm Shackleford, Farrior, Stallings, & Evans, P.A. He has been a Non-Executive Director at Masonite Africa Ltd. since July 18, 2012.

Mr. James A. Hair, also known as Tony, has been President of Global Residential Business at Masonite International Corporation since March 29, 2017. Mr. Hair served as Senior Vice President and Business Leader of the Residential Door Business at Masonite International Corporation from December 2015 to March 29, 2017 and served as its Vice President and Business Leader of Residential Door Business since November 1, 2013. With over 20 years of experience in two leading industrial companies, Mr. Hair has worked in a variety of key functions including: R&D, engineering, supply chain, marketing and general management. He spent the past eight years at Newell Rubbermaid and served as a Senior Vice President and General Manager for the Decor Business and previously as President of the global Hardware Business Unit. Prior to joining Newell he spent 15 years with Maytag in eight progressive roles from Design Engineer in R&D to General Manager and finally to Vice President of Sales Strategy. Mr. Hair earned his BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri -- Rolla and an MBA from University of Iowa.

Mr. Randy White has been Senior Vice President of Global Operations & Supply Chain at Masonite International Corporation since September 25, 2017. Mr. White is an experienced Operations and Supply Chain Leader with a 25+ year track record of implementing lean operating systems and driving growth and profitability through operational excellence. Mr. White joined Masonite from Joy Global, Inc., where he has served in various operations and manufacturing roles since 2008 and served as the Vice President of Operations, Supply Chain, Quality and Operational Excellence (Lean) since 2014. Prior to joining Joy Global, Inc., he held various marketing and operational positions with Magnum Magnetics Inc. and with Cooper Crouse-Hinds. He also spent 10 years at The Wiremold Company as a Product Manager and A Production Supervisor in addition to other operational roles. He earned his BS and MBA in Finance from West Virginia University.

Ms. Clare R. Doyle, also known as Test, has been Senior Vice President and Business Leader of Components Business at Masonite International Corporation since September 28, 2016. Ms. Doyle has over 25 years of international and industrial business experience. She was Vice President of Marketing for Elementis Specialties, a UK-based global specialty chemical company. Prior to joining Elementis Specialties, she spent 11 years with Rohm and Haas Company in various roles in Corporate Development, Electronic Materials and in Architectural and Functional Coatings. Her last assignment with Rohm and Haas was Marketing Director for Architectural Coatings, North America within the Coatings business unit. She earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Tulane University and a Masters of Business Administration from Columbia University.

Mr. Andrew G. Thayer, also known as Graham, has been Senior Vice President and Business Leader of Architectural at Masonite International Corporation since October 2015 and served as its Vice President until September 2015.
