Mr. Craig N. Adams, J.D. has been an Executive Vice President of Matador Resources Company. Mr. Adams served as an Executive Vice President of Land and Legal at Matador Resources Company since July 2013. Mr. Adams served as Vice President and General Counsel of Matador Resources Company since September 2012. He was a Partner in the Corporate Department at Baker Botts L.L.P. He is based in the Dallas office of the Baker Botts. His practice areas include mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and securities offerings, venture capital and emerging companies, corporate governance and compliance counseling, committee representation, corporate investigations, securities law enforcement and regulation and joint ventures.
