
Fire all executives and management and start over there.
Show that someone actually cares about anything other than their personal lives.
Engaging with their team. Act like they care about anything including the companies bottom line.
The management don't care about the employees and they never get anything done. Make employees feel like they are just wasting their time.
They need to actually want to make changes. Right now they just hem and haw through maintenance windows until our time runs out. Too afraid the changes will cause them to have to actually work for once.
