What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to actually want to make changes. Right now they just hem and haw through maintenance windows until our time runs out. Too afraid the changes will cause them to have to actually work for once.

The teams here get so myopic about their area of execution that it results in silos all over the place. That's as much a people problem here as a tools problem.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
McAfee is really struggling to maintain a pace of engineering consistent with the market. Rather than innovation, a lot of product enhancements are "me too". The sprawl of products and legacy maintenance requires us to "peanut butter" resources rather than create differentiation.
