Mr. Larry D. Hall has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of National Security Solutions Inc. since January 2008 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Hall has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Sports Properties Acquisition Corp. since its founding and IPO in January 2008. He has been the Chief Financial Officer of Medallion Financial Corp. since March 2004 and also serves as its Senior Vice President and Principal Accounting Officer. Prior to that, he served as Medallion's Acting Chief Financial Officer, since July 8, 2003. He served as the Chief Accounting Officer of Medallion Financial Corp., since May 2001. Prior to that, Mr. Hall served as Assistant Treasurer of Medallion Financial Corp. since October 2000 and served as its Executive Vice President and Senior Vice President. Mr. Hall was employed by Citibank and served as its Vice President of Corporate Financial Control/Corporate Reporting/Analysis from October 1995 to October 2000. He served as Vice President of Finance, Controller, Treasurer and Secretary of Consolidated Waste Services of America from April 1993 to March 1995. Prior to that, he served as Vice President--Manager of Line Accounting of Wells Fargo and Co. from November 1987 to March 1993 and Senior Audit Manager in the Financial Services Industry Group of Arthur Andersen & Company from September 1976 to October 1987. Mr.Hall received his B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Andrew M. Murstein has been the President of Medallion Financial Corp. since 1995 and has also been its Chief Operating Officer since July 28, 2016 and served as its Chief Credit Officer since July 28, 2016 until April 2017. Mr. Murstein has been the Executive Vice President and Secretary of National Security Solutions Inc. since January 2008. He serves as Vice Chairman and Secretary of Sports Properties Acquisition Corp. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Medallion Taxi Media Inc., a subsidiary of MFC from its inception. He served as Director of New Business Development of Tri-Magna since 1994 until its acquisition by MFC in May 1996. He has been Vice Chairman of National Security Solutions Inc. since January 2008. He serves as a Director of Medallion Bank. Mr. Murstein has been a Director of Medallion Financial Corp. since October 1997. He served two terms as a Director of Medallion Funding Corp., a subsidiary of MFC from May 1996 to April 1997. Mr. Murstein holds a BA in Economics from Tufts University and an MBA in Finance from New York University.

Mr. Thomas J. Munson has been Chief Credit Officer and Executive Vice President at Medallion Financial Corp. since February 2017 and served as its Senior Vice President since March 2015. Mr. Munson joined MFC in October 2012 and serves as Senior Vice President of the Medallion lending division. Prior to joining MFC, he was a Vice President of Valley National Bank (formerly State Bank of Long Island) in their Middle Market/Commercial Lending Group. Mr. Munson received a B.S. in Finance with a minor in Economics from The University of Scranton and an M.B.A. from Long Island University.

Mr. William H. Osborn, III, serves as senior Vice President of Medallion Financial Corp and served as its Vice President Mr. Osborn has a BA from New England College and an MBA from the Long Island University graduate school of business.

Mr. Dean R. Pickerell has been Acting President and Executive Vice President of Medallion Capital, Inc. at Medallion Financial Corp. since 2013. Mr. Pickerell has been at Medallion since 1987. He joined the venture capital group at Control Data in 1986. Mr. Pickerell has held various controller and financial management positions at Honeywell and Control Data Corporation and has been involved in the venture capital and SBIC industry since 1985. Mr. Pickerell has been an officer since 1986 and served as President of Medallion Capital since 1987 until 1998 and served as its Executive Vice President from 1998 to 2013. He has been a Board Observer of ARCA since 1998. He served as an Independent Director of Appliance Recycling Centers of America, Inc., since January 2011. Mr. Pickerell holds an M.B.A. degree from Mankato State University and B.S. in Economics from Iowa State University.
