Mr. Bill Korn has been the Chief Financial Officer of Medical Transcription Billing, Corp. since June 2013. Mr. Korn served as Principal Accounting Officer at Medical Transcription Billing, Corp. Mr. Korn has over 20 years of experience managing technology-based businesses. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of SnapOne, Inc. from January 2013 to June 2013. From June 2012 to December 2012, Mr. Korn was doing private advisory work. He also served as Chief Financial Officer of Antenna Software, Inc. and its wholly-owned subsidiaries from August 2002 to June 2012. He served as of President of Telelogue, Inc. since 2002. He served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of INFONXX. Mr. Korn served as Chief Financial Officer of Integrion Financial Network, a joint venture of IBM and 19 major financial institutions. He served ten years with IBM building their global services business and was a founder of IBM Consulting Group. He was part of the corporate strategy team which created IBM's services strategy in the 1990's. He was inducted into the New Jersey Technology Council (NJTC) Hall of Fame, an honor that is presented to a highly esteemed Chief Financial Officer that has elevated himself to a level of recognition among peers, community and industry influencers. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board at SnapOne, Inc. He served as a Director of iRail LLC. He has also served on the New Jersey Economic Growth Council to promote statewide economic growth and job creation. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Harvard College and a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
