Mr. Mahmud U. Haq is founder of Medical Transcription Billing, Corp. (MTBC) and has been its Executive Chairman since 2018. Mr. Haq served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of MTBC from inception in 2001 to 2018. Prior to founding MTBC, Mr. Haq served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Compass International Services Corporation from 1997 to 1999. During that time, Mr. Haq also served on its Board of Directors. From 1985 to 1996, Mr. Haq held various senior executive positions at American Express, including Vice President - Risk Management of Global Collections for the Travel Related Services division (1994-1996). Mr. Haq received a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Management from Bridgewater State College and holds an M.B.A. from Clark University with a concentration in Finance.

Mr. Bill Korn has been the Chief Financial Officer of Medical Transcription Billing, Corp. since June 2013. Mr. Korn served as Principal Accounting Officer at Medical Transcription Billing, Corp. Mr. Korn has over 20 years of experience managing technology-based businesses. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of SnapOne, Inc. from January 2013 to June 2013. From June 2012 to December 2012, Mr. Korn was doing private advisory work. He also served as Chief Financial Officer of Antenna Software, Inc. and its wholly-owned subsidiaries from August 2002 to June 2012. He served as of President of Telelogue, Inc. since 2002. He served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of INFONXX. Mr. Korn served as Chief Financial Officer of Integrion Financial Network, a joint venture of IBM and 19 major financial institutions. He served ten years with IBM building their global services business and was a founder of IBM Consulting Group. He was part of the corporate strategy team which created IBM's services strategy in the 1990's. He was inducted into the New Jersey Technology Council (NJTC) Hall of Fame, an honor that is presented to a highly esteemed Chief Financial Officer that has elevated himself to a level of recognition among peers, community and industry influencers. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board at SnapOne, Inc. He served as a Director of iRail LLC. He has also served on the New Jersey Economic Growth Council to promote statewide economic growth and job creation. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Harvard College and a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

Mr. A. Hadi Chaudhry has been the President at Medical Transcription Billing, Corp. since January 2018. Mr. Chaudhry served as Vice President of Global Operations at Medical Transcription Billing, Corp. from November 18, 2016 to January 2018. Mr. Chaudhry served as the Chief Information Officer at Medical Transcription Billing, Corp. until January 27, 2017. Mr. Chaudhry served as General Manager at Medical Transcription Billing, Corp until November 18, 2016.

Ms. Loraine Goetsch serves as the Division President at Medical Transcription Billing, Corp. Ms. Goetsch served as President of Metro & PBS Division at Medical Transcription Billing, Corp. Ms. Goetsch served as the President of Metro Division at Medical Transcription Billing, Corp. and served as its Vice President of Sales since August 2012. Since September 2009, she served as Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management at Medical Transcription Billing, Corp. Ms. Goetsch has been with MTBC since 1999. With over 15 years of experience, she has an in-depth understanding of the current and evolving needs of MTBC's industry and target market.
