Mr. Christopher Rowland, also known as Chris, has been the Chief Executive Officer of MediGus Ltd. since October 01, 2013. Mr. Rowland served as the President of Americas at Given Imaging Ltd. from May 2006 to March 2009. He served as Senior Vice President of Business Development and Corporate Strategy of Given Imaging Ltd. since joining on February 1, 2006. He served as the President of Given Imaging Inc. from May 2006 to 2009. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of NeoTract, Inc until May 2011. Prior to Given Imaging, he worked for the Boston Scientific Corporation for seventeen years in many divisions in positions of increasing responsibility from Sales, Product Development, Marketing, Business Development and General Management. He served as Vice President of Marketing for the Endovations division of Boston Scientific. He worked for Xerox Corporation in various sales positions from 1985 to 1989. He has been a Director of MediGus Ltd. since March 03, 2013. He serves as a Director of Vysera Biomedical Limited. He has received over 25 Patents for a variety of minimally invasive medical devices. Mr. Rowland has a B. Sc. in Marketing from Southern Illinois University and has completed the Executive Leadership Program at Harvard Business School and the Executive Management Program at Columbia Business School.

Dr. Yaron Silberman, PhD, MBA, has been Vice President of Sales & Marketing at MediGus Ltd. since January 2011. Dr. Silberman leads the strategy and business development of the Medigus micro camera business. He is a versatile manager with over 20 years of experience in the high-tech medical device industry, with expertise in marketing, sales, business development and product management (in-bound and out-bound), in both Israeli and global markets. Prior to joining Medigus, he served as Marketing Director at NiTi Surgical Solutions, Product Manager at Given Imaging, Sales Manager at Siemens and Project Manager at MedSim. He holds a BA in mathematics from the Technion ??? Israel Institute of Technology, a PhD in computational neuroscience from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an MBA in high-tech company management from the College of Management, Israel.

Mr. Oded Yatzkan has been Chief Financial Officer of MediGus Ltd. since January 31, 2017 and has been its Vice President since June 30, 2017. Mr. Yatzkan served as Vice President and Director of Finance & Accounting at MediGus Ltd. from August 1, 2015 to January 31, 2017. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Medigus Ltd. from September 1, 2003 to August 1, 2015. He served as Controller and Administrative Director of the Be'er Sheva Municipal Theatre from 1997 to 2003, as an Internal Auditor of Pandor Ltd., from 1999 to 2001, as Assistant to Chief Financial Manager of Gold & Honey Ltd. from 1996 to 1997, as an Auditor at an Israeli Accounting firm which later merged with Kesselman & Kesselman, Independent Registered Accounting Firm, a member firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers International Limited, from 1994 to 1996 and as an Internal Auditor at Sha'al Ltd. from 1993 to 1994. Mr. Yatzkan has also held numerous lecturer positions, including lecturer of Financial and Managerial Accounting at the Ben-Gurion University of Be'er Sheva from 2001 to 2003, lecturer of Economics, Accounting, Finance, Decision Making and Statistics at the Israeli branch of University of Humberside of England from 1999 to 2000, lecturer of Economics, Accounting and Taxation at courses sponsored by the Israeli Ministry of Labor from 1993 to 1999 and lecturer of Bookkeeping (Types 1 & 2) at Etgar Communication Ltd. from 1996 to 1998. He serves as External Director of Oron Group Investments & Holdings Ltd. Mr. Yatzkan is a licensed CPA and holds a BA in Economics with a specialization in Accounting and a Master's degree in Business Administration with specialization in finance, both from Ben-Gurion University of Be'er Sheva, Israel.

Mr. Minelu Sonnenschein, also known as Menashe, has been Vice President of Israel Operations at MediGus Ltd. since June 2014. Mr. Sonnenschein is a specialist in system regulatory compliance under medical standards (IEC 60601) and in design control. He served as the Chief Technology Officer of Medigus Ltd. since January 1, 2000. He was responsible for the development of the SRS??? device (MUSE??? system) as well as the clinical trial management. Prior to joining Medigus, he served as R&D manager of Divecom Technologies Ltd. He holds more than fifteen patents. Mr. Sonnenschein holds Master of Science degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
