Mr. John D. Fredericks, J.D. has been the Chief Compliance Officer of Sierra Income Corp. and Medley Capital Corporation since February 2014. Mr. Fredericks has been the General Counsel of Medley Management Inc. since June 2013 and serves as its Secretary. He is employed at MCC Advisors LLC. He joined MCC Advisors LLC in 2013. Prior to joining this, Mr. Fredericks worked 10 years as a Partner at Winston & Strawn, LLP from February 2003 to May 2013, where he was a member of the restructuring and insolvency and corporate lending groups. Before joining Winston & Strawn, LLP, from 2000 to 2003, he was a Partner at Murphy Sheneman Julian & Rogers and an Associate at Murphy, Weir & Butler. Mr. Fredericks was admitted to the California State Bar in 1993. He received a B.A. from the University of California Santa Cruz and a J.D. from University of San Francisco.
