
Customer retention plays a strong role. Constantly, the Engineering team finds themselves at odds with their customer base, with reactionary responses to associations threatening to drop Membersuite if a specific change or fix is not made. Unfortunately, it's very difficult for Membersuite to keep their customers happy because the implementation time for their AMS is extremely long. There have been initiatives to shorten this implementation, but these have largely fallen by the wayside to accommodate other projects to keep customers happy in other aspects.
