  • During my tenure at Membersuite, feedback was handled by the CEO during semi-regular "Fireplace sessions" in which the CEO would answer anonymously asked questions in front of the entire staff. However, trust in the truthfulness of these answers seemed to decline over time.

  • An employee's work schedule at Membersuite can be very flexible; however, this is not always a good thing. There have been many times where employees have been asked to go much further and much beyond their original expectations to ensure that a project lands when it needs to. The start-up feel at this company hasn't gone away, even as they attempt to grow into their newly-funded big-boy shoes. However, if workload is light, it's not uncommon for employees to have a shorter day than normal.
