Mr. Robert B. Kaminski, also known as Bob, Jr., has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Mercantile Bank Corporation since January 1, 2017. Mr. Kaminski has been the Chief Executive Officer of Mercantile Bank of Michigan since May 28, 2015 and served as its President since June 30, 2007 until January 1, 2017. Mr. Kaminski served as Secretary of Mercantile Bank Corp. and Mercantile Bank of Michigan from 1997 to January 1, 2017. Mr. Kaminski served as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Mercantile Bank Corp. since June 30, 2007 and 2003 respectively until January 1, 2017. He served as the Chief Operating Officer Mercantile Bank of Michigan since 2000 until December 2015. Previously, he served as an Executive Vice President of Mercantile Bank of West Michigan from 1997 to 2007. He joined Mercantile Bank of Michigan in June 1997 and has over 18 years of commercial banking experience. He served as a Senior Vice President of Mercantile Bank Corp. from 1997 to 2003. He served as Senior Vice President of Mercantile Bank of Michigan from 1997 to 2003. From 1984 to 1993, Mr. Kaminski worked for FMB-Grand Rapids in various capacities in the areas of credit administration and bank compliance. In 1993, he served as a Vice President of Loan Review and served as Vice President and Manager of the commercial credit department for three of FMB's subsidiaries. He serves on the Leadership Committee for the National Kidney Foundation of Michigan in Grand Rapids and is a career mentor for Aquinas College of Grand Rapids. He has been a Director of Mercantile Bank Corporation since December 15, 2016 and Mercantile Bank of Michigan since 2016. He served as a Director of Mercantile Bank Corp., and its subsidiary Mercantile Bank of Michigan from October 27, 2011 to June 1, 2014. Mr. Kaminski serves as a Director of Boys and Girls Clubs of Grand RapidsYouth Commonwealth and Camp O'Malley and VSA Arts of Michigan-Grand Rapids-Very Special Arts.

Mr. Raymond E. Reitsma, also known as Ray, has been the President of Mercantile Bank of Michigan at Mercantile Bank Corporation since January 1, 2017. Mr. Reitsma served as Senior Vice President and Senior Lending Officer of Mercantile Bank Corp. since June 2007 until January 1, 2017. He has been with the Mercantile Bank for thirteen years, beginning with his initial role as a Commercial Loan Manager in 2003, including holding the title of Senior Lender for eight years and in June 2015, was appointed to be the Bank's West Region President. Mr. Reitsma's areas of responsibility have included commercial lending, treasury/cash management, mortgage lending and credit administration. Mr. Reitsma was also very instrumental in the preparation, transition and integration periods surrounding the merger with Firstbank Corporation. Mr. Reitsma serves on the local board of the American Heart Association and has served as the Chair for the 2015 Heart Walk. Additionally, he serves on the Advisory Council of DA Blodgett/St. John's Home and has done so since 2011. He served as a the Board of Directors of the Pine Rest Foundation and its Treasurer. Mr. Reitsma graduated from Calvin College with a B.A. in Business Administration and also holds an MBA in Finance from Michigan State University.

Mr. Robert T. Worthington has been Chief Operating Officer and Company Secretary of Mercantile Bank Corp. since January 1, 2017 and has been its Senior Vice President and General Counsel since June 15, 2016. Mr. Worthington has been Senior Vice President of Mercantile Bank of Michigan since November 2009 and has been its General Counsel since 2011. He has been Chief Operating Officer of Mercantile Bank of Michigan since January 2016 and has been its Secretary since January 1, 2017 served as its Risk Management Director since November 2009. Mr. Worthington has 22 years of banking and corporate finance experience. He joined Mercantile Bank of Michigan in 2009. Prior to joining Mercantile Bank of Michigan, he served as a corporate attorney, internal auditor, certified public accountant and bank teller. Mr. Worthington serves as Chairman of Junior Achievement of the Michigan Great Lakes, Committee Member of the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Foundation, Trustee of the Michigan Bankers Workers Compensation Fund, Director of MiBankPAC and Chairman of the Michigan Bankers Association's Grassroots Advocacy Committee.

Michael H. Price has over 30 years of commercial banking experience and joined Mercantile Bank Michigan (the ???Bank???) in 1997. Mr. Price retired as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Mercantile Bank Corp. (the ???Company???) and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank in January 2017, positions he had held since 2007. Mr. Price served as President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company and the Bank in 1997 and 1998, and as President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company and President and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank from 1999 to June of 2007. Mr. Price also served as Chairman of the Board of the Company from 2007 to May of 2015. Mr. Price has been and continues to be very active in the Grand Rapids community. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Metro Health Corporation and the Board of Trustees of Aquinas College. From 2005 to 2007, he served on the Board of Directors of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis. Mr. Price also held leadership positions on the Boards of Habitat for Humanity of Kent County, Project Rehab and Network180.

Mr. Charles E. Christmas, also known as Chuck, has been Chief Financial Officer of Mercantile Bank of Michigan since 2000 and has been its Executive Vice President since January 1, 2016. Mr. Christmas has been the Chief Financial Officer of Mercantile Bank Corp. since 1999 and has been its Executive Vice President since January 1, 2016. He has been a Treasurer of Mercantile Bank Corp. since 1998 and served as its Senior Vice President since 1998 until 2015. He served as Senior Vice President of Mercantile Bank of Michigan since 2000 until 2015. He joined Mercantile Bank in April 1998 and served as its Vice resident of Finance and Compliance Officer of Mercantile and Mercantile Bank of Michigan since 1998. Prior to joining Mercantile Bank Corp., he examined various financial institutions for over ten years while serving as a bank examiner with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation ('FDIC'). He serves as a fundraising volunteer for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Michigan and American Cancer Society and as a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity. He began his tenure with the FDIC upon his graduation from Ferris State University. Mr. Christmas holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Accountancy.

Mr. Mark Augustyn has been West Region President and Senior Lender of Mercantile Bank of Michigan, a subsidiary of Mercantile Bank Corporation since January 1, 2017 and served its Regional Commercial Loan Manager. Mr. Augustyn served as Senior Vice President of Mercantile Bank Corp., since June 2007.
