Worst customer support that you can get!
Improve SERVICE! I received a packet for a CMA account I explained that I suffered from memory loss and so I wasn't sure if I opened this account, could it be my company. The rep said I would have had to go online and apply. My acct was closed because the rep was not competent. It was my job!
Almost impossible to get through to someone, and mostly that person does not know how to solve problem
The preferred deposit advertises 5.02% but I am actually receiving 4.8%. I have called various times to rectify to no avail. If this does not change, I will switch to Goldman. They actually pay the interest offered. Truly unfortunate as I have been a loyal customer.
Research base, traders, tools are great; but the customer service is terrible. Generally aren't trained well, even in using the ME website. Nearly all questions can only be answered by a "licensed trading specialist" who is not available enough hours and takes forever to reach via their phone maze.
