Mr. J. Tyler Haahr has been the Chief Executive Officer of Meta Financial Group, Inc. since June 27, 2005. Mr. Haahr has been the Chief Executive Officer at MetaBank, Inc., a subsidiary of Meta Financial Group, Inc. since June 27, 2005. Mr. Haahr serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Security State Bank. He served as the President of Meta Financial Group, Inc. He has been employed by Meta Financial and its affiliates since March 1997. He was a Partner with the law firm of Lewis and Roca LLP, Poenix, Arizona and had been with the firm since 1989. He is active in many local charities. He serves as Chairman of the Sioux Falls YMCA. He has been the Chairman of Meta Financial Group, Inc. and MetaBank, Inc. since October 1, 2011. He has been a Director of Meta Financial Group, Inc., since 1992. He served as a Director of MetaBank, Inc., since 1992. He served as a Director of Security State Bank. Mr. Haahr received his B.S. degree with honors in 1986 at the University of South Dakota in Vermillion, South Dakota. He graduated with honors from the Georgetown University Law Center, Washington, D.C., in May 1989.

Ms. Sheree Thornsberry has been an Executive Vice President and Head of Payments of Meta Financial Group, Inc. since September 25, 2017. Ms. Thornsberry served as General Manager of Incentives at Blackhawk Network Holdings, Inc. until September 28, 2017 and served as General Manager of Blackhawk Engagement Solutions since July 16, 2016. Ms. Thornsberry has been Global Vice President and General Manager of Consumer, Channel & Partner Sales at Blackhawk Engagement Solutions, Inc., since July 2015. With 15 years of experience in the payments industry, she joined MFG after holding integral leadership positions at InteliSpend and later Blackhawk Network. She was General Manager of Hawk Incentives, where she was responsible for leading 600 employees. She served as Global Vice President of Global Channel & Employee Solutions at Blackhawk Engagement Solutions, Inc. Ms. Thornsberry served as General Manager and Group Vice President of InteliSpend Prepaid Solutions, LLC. She was responsible for InteliSpend's operational excellence. She lends her wide range of business expertise to InteliSpend's product and merchant strategies, operations, account management and marketing functions. Prior to this role, Ms. Thornsberry served as Chief Operating Officer, Vice President of Licensing & Partnership Sales and Vice President of Employee Development, Human Resources & Legal Management for InteliSpend. Before joining InteliSpend, Ms. Thornsberry served as the Director of Human Resources of Angelica Corporation and Director of Marketing & Sales with Angelica Image Apparel. She received a bachelor's degree in psychology from Vassar College and earned a master's degree in public administration and organizational psychology from Saint Louis University.

Ms. Shelly Schneekloth has been Executive Vice President and Head of Technology & Operations at Meta Financial Group, Inc. since November 13, 2017. Ms. Schneekloth is a payments industry leader with over 20 years of experience. She served as Prepaid Division General Manager at FIS, where she was responsible for the overall leadership and management of the business line. She joins Meta from FIS where she served in leadership roles at the top ranked technology provider. She is a recognized leader in the prepaid card industry. She serves as Director at serves on the Network Branded Prepaid Card Association (NBPCA). She is graduated from James Madison University with a BS degree in Business Administration and from Virginia Tech with an MBA.

Mr. Bradley C. Hanson, also known as Brad, has been the President of Meta Financial Group, Inc. since October 1, 2013 and for also its subsidiary, MetaBank. Mr. Hanson serves as the President of Meta Payment Systems. Mr. Hanson served as an Executive Vice President of Meta Financial Group, Inc., and its subsidiary, MetaBank since October 25, 2005. He was employed by Meta Financial Group and its affiliates since May 2004. From 1991 to May 2004, he was employed by Bankfirst in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, where he served in a variety of capacities, including Senior Vice President of Payment Systems from March 2001 to April 2004. Mr. Hanson has been a Director of Meta Financial Group, Inc. and its subsidiary, Meta Bank since October 25, 2005. He serves on the Board of Directors of Network Branded Prepaid Card Association. Mr. Hanson received his B.A. degree in Economics from the University of South Dakota in 1988. He attended the ABA School of Bankcard Management at the University of Delaware in 1996 and the ABA Graduate School of Bankcard Management at the University of Oklahoma in 1997.
